I travel for business constantly, and this was the best hotel experience I've ever had.

New York City can be unpredictable when it comes to hotels, but Luma delivered on every level. The room was spotless, the amenities were genuinely nice, and everything just worked, including the air conditioning, which sounds like a small thing until you've spent a night in a NYC hotel room that turns the AC off the moment you stop moving. Luma uses a real system that stays on as long as you want it on.

But what really separated this stay was the people. Call the front desk and an actual human picks up, immediately. Every request I made throughout the trip was handled with professionalism and genuine kindness, not the scripted, hollow version you get at most places. Real people who actually seemed to care.

If you're a business traveler who values clean rooms, working amenities, and a staff that treats you like a priority, Luma is the standard. I'll be back every time I'm in the city.

Stayed here back in March for their romance package . Really nice room with amazing views of the city . One of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had staying in a hotel . From the staff to the accommodations, the restaurant AperiBar . Excellent choice . Very close proximity to the subways and Bryant park . Unbeatable. Thank you Alyssa , Christopher , Waris , Debra , Anthony , Joshua , Bregede , Zach and Karine , the bellmen Miguel , Yamil , Kahil , Steven and Adonis . Hope I got everyone . Lovely people and atmosphere!! Oh don’t forget to have them send items with Alina , thought that was just the cherry on top of the cake .

Really happy with my stay here. The room was clean and inviting, the staff were kind, and the service felt thoughtful without being over the top. The late check-out was especially appreciated. Would recommend.

Very clean and modern facilities, there was a good vibe in the lobby and the staff were super nice and welcoming . Located in midtown so it’s very convenient to go everywhere you need to.

Convenient location. Rare find with 2 Queen beds! Cute boutique hotel with modern amenities and an upscale vibe. Well priced for the value. Aside from one snarky employee, the front desk staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. We felt like they knew us, and the room was nice! The site was honest about the view from the room (a brick wall), which was refreshing.
