Pros:

L’hôtel est top ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, dévoué et à vos petits soins ! Les équipements sont parfaits (sèche cheveux dyson !).
Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très bon ! Le restaurant de l’hôtel est également très bon. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est tout simplement parfait.

The staff, especially Anthony at reception, made the stay so wonderful.
Pros:

We originally asked for a high floor not by an elevator and the quietest room. We got to our room on a somewhat lower floor right next to the elevator. Anthony kindly changed us. Unfortunately there was construction downstairs at 7a.m. and then the night club across the street so we moved to room 1506 the next day.

Hôtel idéalement situé, très propre et chambres confortables. Idéal pour visiter New York.
Pros:

Très bien situé à une rue de Times Square et de divers arrêts de métro. Chambre bien équipée avec des lits King Size.

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner est petite. Il faut parfois attendre avant de pouvoir déjeuner. Il y a deux grille-pains pour toute la salle ce qui provoque également de l'attente.
