Beautiful hotel with a perfect location for tourists.

Very nice staff at the reception and at breakfast, nice hotel in a perfect location.

Cons:

We wanted the room to be cleaned for two days and requested it only by pressing the housekeeping request button in the room, not by contacting the reception directly. However, nobody cleaned the room that day. Maybe it works differently in America than in Europe, but it slightly affected our overall impression. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Un point de chute idéal pour visiter NYC, en plein coeur de Manhattan et se reposer au calme.
Pros:

Chambre calme et literie confortable, parfaitement équipée. La taille n'est pas très grande mais au regard de l'emplacement exceptionnel de l'Hôtel, cela n'est pas dérangeant. Le rapport qualité/prix pour un mois de février est parfait !

Cons:

Honnêtement nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel. Si nous devons trouver un point d'optimisation, cela pourrait être le restaurant, d'un niveau correct mais il y a mieux dans la ville. Cela permet néanmoins de dîner facilement en restant dans l'hôtel.

Excelente custo benefício. Voltarei com certeza.
Pros:

Localização maravilhosa! Próximo ao metrô, entre o Bryant Park e a Times Square. Café da manhã continental farto e funcionarios atenciosos. O restaurante do hotel funciona à noite com menu com preço justo e foi muito util para os fias que chegávamos cansados.

Cons:

Travesseiros altos. Achei um pouco desconfortável.

非常完美的一次体验！
Pros:

首先位置太棒了，闹中取静，离时代广场很近，但是住宿周围又很安静，可以休息的很好！很棒！其次，酒店离地铁很近，交通方便，边上有个大超市，可以随时买水果吃，这个太赞了，超市几步远，路口对面有家卖贝果的早餐店很好吃！离纽约最好吃的，好像永远都在排队披萨店也很近！布莱恩公园里还有个溜冰场，惊喜！最后，住宿的工作人员都很友好！下次还会考虑入住！

Mauvais rapport qualité prix ..

La literie et la salle de bain étaient de très bonne qualité .

Cons:

Il a fallu attendre la chambre encore 20 minutes alors que nous sommes arrivés après 15h . On nous attribue une mauvaise chambre ,il a fallu redescendre chercher une autre chambre .
La fenêtre ouvrait sur une minuscule courette et un mur aveugle et qui était éclairé toute la nuit avec des rideaux peu occultants . Et après une erreur qui leur a fait me prélever deux fois et demi le prix de la chambre, il a été très difficile d obtenir une réponse , j attends encore le remboursement.

Everything, staff are excellent attentive polite helpful the list goes on. Location is amazing right where you want to be surrounded by nice coffee shops and nice places to eat. Stones throw from Time Square without the madness.

Sehr tolles Hotel, kann man nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, optimal für Sightseeing in NY. Wunderbarer Supermarkt um die Ecke (Whole Foods Market), Subway und der tolle Bryant Park ebenfalls. Zimmer etwas antiquiert aber sehr sauber, die Dusche hervorragend. Nespresso-Machine und Kapseln :-), WLAN top!

Cons:

Das dritte Bett. (Couch). Damit haben wir nicht gerechnet, sondern mit einem ordentlichen Bett. War dann aber doch nicht so schlimm, da wir jeden Abend todmüde ins Bett gefallen sind.

Mesmo com muita neve e frio, uma hospedagem excelente

Juste parfait :-)
Pros:

L'équipe du petit déjeuner est vraiment super ! L'emplacement est tout à fait parfait (très proche de tout et calme)
Si nous retournons à NY, nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel !

Die Lage zwischen dem Bryant Park und dem Times Square ist perfekt um vielexLocations zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war top. Wir hatten das Früstück gebucht und es hat sich echt gelohnt.
