Everything greate except the window view.
Pros:

The staff is great, room is new and clean, location is perfect.

Cons:

The windows is against the walls and very close to the windows of other buildings with a little day light.

Nice and cozy
Pros:

Cleanliness & beds: The hotel was very clean, and the beds were excellent and very comfortable.
Elevators: The elevators were impressively fast, which was very convenient.
Breakfast: Although the breakfast was fairly simple, the manager was extremely hospitable, friendly, and welcoming.
Adonis was also great and provided excellent service.
Location: The location was excellent and very convenient.

Cons:

The lobby: The lobby felt quite small, especially for a hotel of this size. A more spacious and welcoming lobby would improve the overall first impression.
Reception: Unfortunately, the reception staff did not always seem very warm or welcoming. At times, their manner felt more like that of a strict school principal than a hotel reception team. When we entered the hotel, we often did not receive a smile, eye contact, or even a simple greeting such as “Hello.” A friendlier and more welcoming attitude at reception would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

Immobile moderno, arredo curato, pulizia ottima,bagno nuovo con grande doccia , camera molto spaziosa, ottimi accessori phone Dyson ultimo modello. Posizione perfetta tra time squadre e Brian Park. Staff disponibile e attento.

Sehr gutes modernes Hotel im Herzen von Manhattan

Pros:

La ubicación, las vistas, la limpieza y las instalaciones. Cama muy cómoda, el baño perfecto. Silencioso, con suficientes enchufes y la posibilidad de cargar directamente el movil en varios de ellos. Disponibilidad de cafetera Nespresso, tabla (grande) y plancha, secador Dyson (muy top), albornoz... Todo lo deseable para hacer la estancia muy cómoda. El personal muy amable pero es cierto que no necesitamos nada y únicamente los vimos cuando salíamos y entrábamos cada día (pero siempre amables y con una sonrisa)

Cons:

Algo confuso el sistema de pago. Un par de días antes cargaron en la tarjeta el precio de una noche y nos llegó un mail indicando que era un depósito de garantía y que si todo iba bien se descontaría del precio final. Al llegar al hotel nos cobraron la totalidad de la reserva con tarjeta más otro depósito de otra noche extra como garantía. Es decir, toda la reserva más dos depósitos (dos noches extra). Al darnos cuenta lo comentamos con el personal de recepción que nos indicó que era todo correcto. Enviamos un nuevo mail y rápidamente nos indicaron que había sido un error y que era solamente el equivalente a una noche lo que se hace como depósito, reintegrándonos en ese momento el exceso de depósito (en concepto de garantía, cosa lógica). En cuanto hicimos el check out se nos devolvió a la tarjeta el mismo. Es esperable y lógico que se cobre un depósito y además la devolución de todo ha sido rapidísima. Únicamente creemos que el sistema es algo confuso (aunque la atención vía mail fue un 10 y el personal fue todo todo el tiempo muy amable)

Ottima vacanza posizione centrale comodissima personale cordiale e giovane
Pros:

Posizione ottima, buon livello di pulizia in generale sia delle camere che dell’hotel, personale giovane e disponibile il bar interno con affaccio esterno e’ molto comodo per l’aperitivo

Cons:

Migliorerei l’offerta e la qualità del ristorante dalla colazione alla cena.
