LUMA Hotel - Times Square

The staff was excellent! The location was the best!! It was a very clean hotel with comfortable beds. Coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus. The robot butler was a big hit with our granddaughter! So close to the park with something happening almost every night. Times Square is literally a two minute walk.

The Luma has a prime location and beautiful interior. Our room was kept spotless and we received chocolate every evening. Shout out to bartenders and front desk staff especially Adonis. We will be returning.

Nice location next to Bryant Park and walk to Times Square, Central Park, bus station, train station, 1 Vanderbilt, Rockefeller Centre etc etc
Comfy bed -had to pay extra for a room which didn’t face the brick wall at the back! Staff in bar & restaurant were friendly.

Localização excelente, muito perto da Times Square, mas em um ponto da rua com relativa tranquilidade. Próximo a estações de metrô e comércio em geral. Staff muito gentil e atencioso, sempre pronto a responder nossas dúvidas.

Wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations. I was really concerned about four women in one room is NYC. Not that the room was huge, but it was very well appointed and obviously well thought out.

Our stay at Luma was perfect. It was our son's 7th birthday and they spent the extra time/effort to help him feel special. The housekeeping staff was incredible, as was the front of the house staff. 10/10.

The stuff was very professional, and always open to help.

Our stay in New York, thanks to our time at LUMA, was absolutely spectacular. The service was outstanding, and all the hotel staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to meet every request.

My family and I stayed in a room on the 27th floor, in a quiet wing of the hotel, and we slept wonderfully every night. The cleanliness of the bathrooms, bed linen, and towels was always excellent.

When I return to New York, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The front desk staff we worked with were exceptional and the man in charge of breakfast in the morning is a delight. When we were there it felt like the staff genuinely cared that we love the city. We felt comfortable asking them questions and really appreciated their help.

Location is perfect!

This hotel is fantastic. I was amazed at how quiet the rooms were, so close to all the noise of Times Square. We booked an interior room on the 11th floor. The view was as advertised and helped control the noise (which we heard none of). The blackout shades were great. Room was very clean and well-supplied. All the staff we encountered were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and we enjoyed one dinner at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.
