Se não estiver sozinho na viagem o quarto não comporta mais que uma pessoa

Paguei um quarto para 3 pessoas pq tenho um filho, Paguei valor cheio, mas colocaram ele num sofá cama duro que não tinha nem como chegar com ele no colo pq era muito apertado, nao tinha espaço nem para abrir a mala. Paguei valor cheio de três pessoas pra ter conforto zero. Ar condicionado não funciona direito. Horrível, piores noites da minha vida.
