A localização e o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente.

Cons:

Chuveiro... ele não tinha pressão e não tinha vazão. Algo deprimente. Você chega cansado, sujo e deseja tomar um banho, quando abre o chuveiro, cai meia duzia de gotas por minuto. Reclamei na recepção e me ofereceram um outro quarto, mas as 2h da manhã, preferi ficar e encarar o gotejamento, doque arrumar as malas e me instalar em outro quarto.
É triste isso. Pois certamente aconteceu com outro hóspede antes de mim e acontecerá com outros, pois pelo oque eu entendi, ao conversar com o pessoal da recepção, esse é um problema constante dessa unidade do IBIS.
