location is good. breakfast was okay, AC out loud!
Pros:

I like the location and just walking distance to virginia tech.

Cons:

The A/C is so LOUD! We did not sleep well each time we stayed there. This really needs to be changed, especially for people who travels from 8-10 hours.

Location, location!
Pros:

The biggest positive about Hyatt Place Blacksburg is location, location, location both to Virginia Tech and my daughter's off campus apartment. Nice that breakfast is included even if it is fairly basic -- was happy they had fresh fruit included. The bed was softer than I remember last time I visited -- not a fan of soft beds but the overall facility is nice.

Pros:

This visit has convinced me to stay at Hyatt hotels as often as I can. Excellent room and amazing stay. Will definitely stay at Hyatt again!
