Agua do chuveiro quando toma banho saia todo no quarto, tive q usar a toalha para secar. Internet é horrivel, em pleno seculo de tecnologia não conseguem colocar um wifi decente nos quartos.

Quando fiz a reserva pensei estar locando o Ibis Santos Dumont.

Não gostei de nada.

Cons:

Deveria haver um tapete no banheiro. Quarto muito pequeno. Pedi para não entrarem no quarto para limpeza, pois estava só e não havia necessidade. Quando voltei tinham feito isso. E dizem que cuidam do meio ambiente.

De tudo! O banheiro péssimo pra uma pessoa com mobilidade reduzida, sem apoio pra sabonete, o ralo não deu vazão pra escoamento da água e alagou o banheiro todo, a tampa do vazo estava com defeito e quase caí, a cama muito baixa e colada na mesa e toalhas manchadas.

El hotel tenía una muy buena ubicación

Tenía mal olor en las zonas comunes, había una goma de mascar pegada en la cama y aunque lo dije al momento de hacer el check in no les importó, ingresaron a realizar el aseo y no lo quitaron

Poucos funcionários para atender um contingente gigantesco de hóspedes, lentidão no atendimento, preços abusivos de mercado e do restaurante, valendo-se da localização carente de opções de mercado e alimentação na região, especialmente a noite, que é bastante inóspita, café da manhã bem razoável, mas sempre faltava leite, a limpeza dos quartos era razoável apenas, cartões tinham que ser trocados frequentemente e o espaço do quarto é menor do que parece, mal dá para colocar uma mal ou uma mochila e, mesmo assim, o preço em alta temporada sobe como se fosse um Airbnb.
