Pros:

Cordialidade dos funcionários, comodidades, frigobar. Gostei do cobre leito pesado, melhora bem a qualidade do sono. Estadia muito agradável! Vista bem bonita em andar alto.

Cons:

Ainda tinham alguns pêlos/cabelos na pia do quarto no check-in. A parte de compra de comida e bebida não aceita vale-refeição. Camareira com som alto e porta do quarto que estava limpando aberta incomodou meu descanso.

A demora no check in, mais de 40 minutos de espera com apenas 3 pessoas na fila e 2 recepcionistas. Acho que poderia melhorar neste quesito, igual no checkout com menos formalidades.

Pros:

Ótima localização. O Café era excelente.

Cons:

A cama era ruim. E não tem nenhum tipo de produto, fora um sabonetinho ruim, para usar.
O shampoo para comprar na recepção era caríssimo.

Do café da manhã.

Cons:

Na entrada do hotel não tem rampa para entrar com a mala grande. Tive que puxá-la pela escada. Parede que não veda barulho. Ouvi o hóspede do quarto ao lado roncando quase como se estivesse dentro do meu quarto. Não tem um copo sequer no quarto.
