Eu levei um choque. Pedi para trocarem de quarto pelo whatts app e disseram que não tinha quarto. conversei para trocare

Nada ! A minha mala ficou em cima da cama o tempo todo. Não tem aonde andar no quarto, nem uma arara com cabides. Apenas um cabo pequeno com 4 cabides. Aonde colocamos as roupas ? Isso é um hotel para quem vai a trabalho, 1 terno e uma mochila. Não tem telefone no quarto. Se tivermos passando mal, tem que enviar um whatts app. Uma emergência estamos ilhados. Minha experiência não foi boa, de verdade.

Cons:

Eu levei um choque quando cheguei no quarto. Um banheiro micro com vaso, o chuveiro em outra parte do quarto com o blindex no quarto e a pia no meio do quarto. Nunca vi isso na vida.

Um excelente atendimento que poderia ter um quarto mais confortável.
Pros:

O atendimento dos funcionários, foram muito educados e solícitos. O café da manhã variado também estava excelente. Fui para um congresso, voltava para dormir apenas.

Cons:

O quarto sem um espaço para colocar as malas, com um banheiro super apertado, mas me atenderam e mudaram o quarto. O quarto não é climatizado, muito frio. A recepcionista que me atendeu explicou a diferença por ser budget, mas mesmo assim, muito apertado e frio. Precisei de cobertor extra.

A localização sem dúvidas é o ponto forte desta unidade Ibis. O café da manhã foi muito bom e a pizzaria parceira ativa até tarde salvou a minha alimentação depois de um show exaustivo. Os funcionários todos muito gentis e solícitos.

O custo benefício dos Hotéis da Rede Ibis Budget são muito bons. A localização é excelente.

Cons:

O colchão já foi melhor, no apto 653 ele rangia a cada vez que alguém levantava-se ou sentava na cama. O custo benefício de outros Ibis, por exemplo, Ibis Stylist da Faria Lima tem um custo semelhante, ligeiramente mais caro, porém, o apartamento é muito mais confortável.
