Ma nuit à Venlo
Pros:

Très bien situé, salle de concert attenante à l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux.

einfach schön würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön ausgestattet, die Lage war gut, Frühstück war auch gut und vor allem war das Personal sehr freundlich

Toch een gijne overnachting gehad

We hadden tickets voor het theater, dus de logeerden in hetzellfde gebouw.

Die Lage,

Cons:

Lärm bis spät in die Nacht. Kein normales Badezimmer (die Badezimmer in diesem Hotel sind aus Glas mit Vorhang ohne echte Tür). Kein Flaschenwasser in den Zimmern.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mitten im Zentrum. Großzügige Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch das Restaurant und die Hotelbar im Gebäude sind zu empfehlen.

Ideal für einen Städtetripp
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum von Venlo, einfach ideal um die Stadt zu entdecken, einen Spaziergang an der Maas zu machen oder ein Bisschen zu shoppen.
Das Personal war superfreundlich und hat wirklich alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Ein großes Danke nochmals dafür.

Het was praktisch maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Goed bed. Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

De ligging. Een kamer aan de achterzijde, met veel geluidsoverlast - alsof de ramen open stonden maar die waren toch echt dicht.
Een badkamer/wc met ‘muren’ van glas die niet goed op elkaar aansluiten: totaal niet prettig als je er met z’n 2en verblijft.

Close to the venue.

Cons:

The keycard didn’t work anymore and it was before checkout time - happened to me and my friends - and the roomservice couldn’t open the door and we were told to bring the card then to the reception beside there was a checkoutbox at the parking and to get there without a card, you had to ring the reception again…..

Het was netjes in het hele gebouw en in de kamer

Cons:

Personeel is wat stijfjes en afstandelijk. Niet echt vriendelijk. Aan de balie en ook bij het ontbijt.
Het ontbijt is wat karig.

Prima en verzorgd hotel op een centrale ligging
Pros:

De kamer was heerlijk ruim, het bed heerlijk en de douche goddelijk.

Cons:

Dat een van de verwarmingen niet uit kon. Daarom moest de airco aanblijven omdat het anders te warm werd.
