Lamentável a experiência

Fiz a reserva, porém quando cheguei no hotel disseram que não tinha quarto para me hospedar. Um absurdo já era de madrugada tive que procurar outro hotel, uma falta de respeito total. Íbis é uma bagunça junto com. Booking.
