Apesar do bom atendimento e localização, havia uma infestação de barata.
Pros:

Localização próximo a shopping e não tão distante do centro, café da manhã com boas opções e funcionários dispostos a ajudar.

Cons:

Precisei trocar de acomodação três vezes devido a uma infestação de baratas. Antes de cada mudança, foi necessário visitar outros apartamentos vazios para avaliar a condição antes de levar meus pertences e, mesmo assim, ainda eram encontradas baratas. Ao todo, visitei mais de cinco apartamentos até encontrar um sem baratas visíveis.
