we. set the AC for 70 when we entered the room... it was 77 when we. left... we returned 5 hours later and the temp was 77.... called FD....nothing

This hotel was a fantastic place to stay while in the area for work. Friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and located right by Blue Back Square. This hotel is upscale without being stuffy: everything was clean and beautifully design, and it was relatively quiet.

We had a fantastic time from the time that we stepped into the doors. Our car got valid. Went to the desk to check in very pleasant gave us all the information we needed to know where the restaurant was what floor got our cards very quick under five minutes told us about the continental breakfast the next day very informative went up to the rooms were beautiful. We were attending a wedding there it was beautifully done. Love the restaurant in the hotel was great before and after the wedding and the continental breakfast perfect for the morning gave the ticket to get our car. They came out within five minutes. Everything was beautiful will definitely come back there again

We were there for a family reunion. The hotel is pleasant and clean, but not what I'd expect for $369 per night in a group package. The A/C was noisy and seemed to be motion activated, so it clicked off sometime afte we went to bed and we'd wake up at 3 or 4am because it was stuffy and warm due to lack of air circulation. We were also surprised that there really wasn't any space to unpack: for two people there was only one luggage rack, and no full-sized drawers.

Beautiful hotel with the best location. Highly recommend. Staff is exceptional. Can't wait to check out the Spa on my next visit.

Great atmosphere, easy stay, great staff. Nice bar and garden. I do recommend. Enjoyable stay and few minutes walk to city centre.

Incredibly great stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to lots of restaurants and little shops. The little extras provided by the hotel are wonderful. The rooms are large and spacious with plenty of drinks and treats. The toiletries are a special bonus. Hotel staff including valet are all incredibly kind and helpful with whatever you need. Didn’t disappoint!

Stayed here with the family and wonderful experience! Room décor and hotel design is beautiful and service was top notch! Artisan restaurant food was outstanding. Looking forward to coming back!

Great Place, Perfect Location in West Hartford. terrace room on 2nd floor was perfect to go outside and enjoy the sun....i think a modern small firepit should be out there too....like a table fire feature. Great service. Tight.

Incredible hotel, wonderful staff. Acccomodations were top of the top. I slept so well and later realized it was because of their bedding. Loved this hotel and wish all others could be so good.

Spent 4 nights for business and the location was perfect! The room was immaculate and comfortable and with a great breakfast each day.

Staff are amazing. So helpful. 5 star quality staff! The room was small and the bed was a bit too soft for my taste. so a bit uncomfortable for me.

So far, this has been an amazing experience. From the moment the Bellman met us at our ride to the front desk personnel. The room is immaculate, large and very contemporary. I highly recommend this to anybody staying in this town. Brand New too!!

From the time I arrived to the time I departed, the service at this hotel was exemplary! It started with the valet parking where staff made you feel welcomed, thru the front desk where you're welcomed warmly with a smile, to the staff caring for the details of ensuring your room & stay was comfortable. The Delamar certainly doesn't skimp on service. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm back from out of town.

We are repeat customers. We love the restaurant, the entire staff, the location and the fact that dogs are contained on one floor. In the past, at other hotels, we have been charged at , growled at and barked at. In Lake Placid, a pit bull charged me when I exited the elevator. Additionally, the barking was too much. The maids there complained about being constantly bitten. In Destin, we would watch individuals check in at the front desk then sneak dogs into their rooms only to have the dogs constantly bark and growl in the elevator. We wish people would leave their dogs home. But it is nice to see that the dogs here are contained on one floor here.
