Delamar West Hartford

SPA!!! It’s so convenient and wonderful to have the spot located at the hotel. I’ve been working lots of long hours and I came in for a family event. The hotel was extremely luxurious comfortable, and the spa was a cherry on the top.

Ive been to the West Hartford location several times and the Greenwich location 6 years ago. The decor is lovely, clean simple casual elegance. Staff is friendly . Rooms are quiet comfortable and spacious. Nice small spa to get a massage or facial but wish they had a steam and sauna room to complete the spa experience.
The gym is adequate with equipment and machines.
There is always an event going on in the banquet room on the weekends. The Artisian restuarant has a nice atmoshere and the bar is nice as well.

Beautiful hotel. Good experience except for a very hot and stuffy room. Turned the thermostat down as far as it would go but that didn't help. Windows could be opened which was good. Uncomfortable pillows.

Stunning hotel in a great location. Walkable to great restaurants. Hotel was clean, updated, and felt very upscale. Breakfast in the morning was a great addition.

I can't say enough about my experience with The Delamar! From making the reservation to the time of check out, the staff ensured we would be taken care of. We were celebrating our best friend's 50th birthday by surprising her with a night away. They allowed us to check in early to decorate our rooms. We didn't even leave the hotel. We celebrated in our rooms and then at the hotel bar for the evening. Everything was perfect! The Delamar far exceeded our expectations and made our best friend's 50th a day and night to remember!

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Great location to shopping and wonderful restaurants. We will definitely return and look forward to staying at the other Delamar properties.

Very clean and comfortable. Rooms are appointed well, with nice tough options in the room like small macarons and chocolates, bottled water, espresso machine, and a stocked minbar ($$) Staff were Great, the restaurant looked good but I didn't dine. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

The hotel is beautiful and inviting. The rooms were cozy with faux fur blankets on the beds. The dining rooms offered delicious meals and snacks.

We specifically went for the Gilmore Girls getaway . Overall, even in spite of the delightfully creative fall package (dinner, picnic, spa treatment, tea) it was spectacular service and amenities. Good Food and Spa treatments complement the stay. Great rooms, clean, up to date features, very thoughtful service oriented approach with the guests in mind.

I absolutely love this hotel. Every detail was accounted for, and the service staff was amazingly helpful. One of my favorite things was the way that hotel smelled when you walked in the door. Or maybe it was the glass of Prosecco when I was checking in? Oh wait, I think it actually might’ve been the macaroons waiting for me when I walked in the room. As you can see, they nailed it at this hotel!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Delamar for a wedding. From the moment of check in to check out, the staff and hotel exceeded our expectations. If you want a luxury stay that actually feels that way - book here. The location was awesome. Easy walking to a lovely town West Hartford. Lots of choices for food and stores to shop.

Beautiful hotel, great location, top notch decor, wonderful restaurant. The Artisan restaurant was very good. My wife and I enjoy fine dining and they did not disappoint.

The Delmar-West Hartford was lovely. We were here for a wedding. The actual building was easy to spot and the valet service was great. Our room had a beautiful view of the back and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. I have very sensitive hearing and was able to sleep through the night with no disturbances. The breakfast buffet was impressive - we also spent time hanging in one of the rooms that provided 24-7 coffee/tea.

The Delamare West Hartford is a fabulous place to stay. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. The hotel is impeccable. I can't wait to visit again. The general manager Mr. Sedek Elarabi and his staff is the absolutely best.
