Awful
Pros:

When I arrived the front desk manager was dismissive. He said the hotel was completely booked. However housekeeping was cleaning a room I would have to wait. I wanted for over 2 hours in the lobby almost midnight. When I would approach the front desk he ignored me, when he saw I was visibly emotional he gave me keys to a room. The keys did not work. Twice I went up to the room and the keys did did not work. When I approached him, he was offering water to a Caucasian woman, when I asked why I had not been offered water he stated because I wasn’t a preferred member. The woman then turns to me and states I booked through a 3rd party Hotel.com. I began to cry, and front desk then gave me a room. As a female traveling over 5 hours for work and not having a room was not only distressing, and I felt dismissed as a guest.

Pleasant experience!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good! Front desk customer sevice was awesome! Gary was extremely helpful and very friendly! The entire staff was gracious! I always stay at Cambria Hotel in El Segundo, California! I'll be back!

Aufregende Stadt mit guter Beheimatung in El Segundo.
Pros:

Kein Fluglärm, sauber, gute Lage (recht nah am Strand und auch gute Verbindung zu bekannten Sehnwürdigkeiten

Cons:

Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte größer sein.
Personal dabei etwas aufmerksamer, wenn man z. B. dreckiges Geschirr auf seinem Tisch hat, das es auch schnell weggeräumt wird.

Arrived early but early checkin would have cost $50 per room, so we went on a tour of Hollywood with a great Huber drive
Pros:

Very friendly, was able to store our luggage till check in time and was able to get all of our rooms on the same floor

Cons:

I wish the bathroom door was able to lock, and would have been nice if you didn’t have to pay for the breakfast they offered. Plus the shuttle from hotel to airport I wouldn’t recommend, he drives to fast and didn’t drop off at the right airline.
