Very clean and affordable
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and a good size.
The only problem is that the shower didn't have good enough coverage to prevent the water from getting on the floor
Super comfy bedding and his gym facilities . Great value.
The vibe was very quiet and very few people interacting. Quiet bar and food area - light menu. Would be nice to have breakfast included .

Parking rate - wasn’t even for a full 24 hours; my time expired at checkout time

Some distance to get around so you either need a car or Uber service.
The room was amazing. The size was much larger than expected. The large windows were great.
The internet went down and we were not issued keys. Every time we wanted to go out and back into the room we had to be escorted. There were guests who checked in after who were issued keys and I was not when the service was available. The staff was clearly upset at the situation. There was only one staff member available at a time and they were always busy.
The location was close to the airport
The staff was very inattentive. There was an incident in the room and the staff and management were not at all concerned nor did anyone provide an explanation or apologize
Any other time I’ve stayed here I totally enjoyed it. The room is usually clean and the staff pleasant.
The room had an awful stale smell the table was stained and dirty, it just didn’t have the appearance of being clean,The WiFi was down for the entire night and it was understaffed.
Very convenient to the areas we were visiting. Location near airport but not noisy at all! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nicely appointed amenities both in the lobby area/1st floor and the rooms. Special touch was were the morning texts from the property that said "Good morning!" and asked if you slept well and if there were any concerns you need addressing. Also had fun and creative evening events for hotel guests to gather and socialize.
Having to pay for parking was annoying.
La ubicación es buena para estar alrededor del oeste de la ciudad y de algunas zonas turísticas. Buen parqueo para vehículos y de fácil acceso.
NO había limpieza diaria y no sale claramente cuando reservas. Nos pasamos varios días sin que nadie limpiara la habitación. El nivel de atención del personal es muy malo salvo el manager que se portó bien. Se dañaron los sensores de la puerta de la habitación y nos quedamos 3 horas sin poder entrar durante la noche hasta que vino alguien externo a arreglar el problema. El desayuno del restaurante no es rico para lo que cobran por menú.

The property was close and convenient to where we were working & the parking lot could accommodate our sprinter van.. Staff never mentioned the activities that were complimentary to guests each day. The TV remotes did not work well at all due to some sort of jimmy rigged eye for remote. TV never worked well and was disappointing. Our room only had a very small bathroom garbage can even though our room was a king suite. No room cleaning unless requested, our room had no coffee or tea as it was advertised. Room was super big but furniture was small and oddly appointed for the space.

It was good for 1 night stay. We arrived late and appreciated a quick and easy check in and somewhere easy and nearby the airport to sleep and refresh. Most liked that there was a guest laundry that was really quick and we were able to do a wash and dry within a few hours which was so handy.
It didn’t seem well cleaned as there was dust sitting on the bedside tables.
Great location close to where we dropped off our car with Turo. Room was spacious. Had a great time at the trivia.
The food at the bar on trivia night was subpar but the drinks were great and the company. Great.
