Cons:

Um dos elevadores estava com problema e travou comigo dentro. Não arrumaram até eu sair, mesmo meu amigo tendo os informado.
O suco do café da manhã do segundo dia estava estranho, como se fosse guardado. Um dos acompanhantes passou mal depois.

Pros:

Os funcionários foram simpáticos e estava tudo muito bem limpo. A pressão do chuveiro é excelente.

Cons:

Check in online não funcionou. Preenchi diversas informações online e tive de repetir tudo novamente na recepção. A cabine do banheiro é minúscula.

Cons:

Limpeza ,( estava sujo de poeira ,) não tem toalha de rosto ( informaram que alguns IBIS não tem , porta banheiro suja e fechadura ruim , para um hotel necessita manutenção sempre .recepção a cadeira que fica p sentarmos já desgastada , primeira impressão é que fica , papel higiênico qualidade ruim .
