Perfect Location, Friendly staff, Clean and comfortable
Pros:

The property was lovely the staff were so lovely from the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond and ensure we had a comfortable stay. As two girls staying in budapest for 4 nights we felt very safe. The breakfast was lovely and the rooms very clean.

Pros:

Our stay in Budapest was lovely. The hotel was very cozy, with spacious and bright rooms, a beautiful winter garden, and a really pleasant breakfast area.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive — even though it was Christmas, we truly felt at home.
The location was also perfect, within walking distance to the city center. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Everything was perfect, it stood out on the booking platform and didn't disappoint. The staff were lovely and helpful,, all speak perfect English, lots of personal touches such as personalised welcome messages, fresh milk, and information about the city, nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely first class breakfast with everything you could possibly want, nice touch that pastries left over made available for afternoon tea. Great location, river front is walkable in 15 minutes, streets are all very safe day and night, or easy 5 minutes to metro line 4. Great value too including airport taxi on arrival. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Hotel muy acogedor y con personal muy agradable
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal.
El desayuno muy completo y variado.
La limpieza del hotel y de la habitación.
La ubicación, que a pesar de no ser extremádamente céntrica tiene muy buenas comunicaciones y también se llega con un paseo a todos los sitios.

Good stay, some small areas for improvement
Pros:

The room was very nice and the staff were very attentive. I could walk to most places from the hotel.

Cons:

It was very cold when I was there and the duvets were very thin! Staff were very nice and at breakfast on the first day brought me gluten free bread and cereal. Unfortunately, these were not great and the rest of the breakfast offering was also slightly disappointing (though I could not partake in much of it).
