Personale molto gentile, buona la colazione e pulizia ottima.

Cons:

Nice hotel & friendly staff
Pros:

Clean simple, a little noisy at night from the road. But that could happen anywhere in a city.
A little walk to the city centre but public transport is easy.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

A bit more variety for hot breakfast would have been good. The sausages were awful. I personally would not offer them to guests.
Better pillows needed in the bedrooms.

Staff who make you feel welcome in a very comfortable historic house.
Pros:

A very quiet historic building, I liked the inner courtyard, good location away from the bigger main streets, very close to the most amazing library and a lot of cute bars. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff - I felt very welcomed and well received.

Cons:

Some aspects might be a little dated, but well maintained.

Very pleasant!
Pros:

Spacious, clean room, full of light, high ceiling, nice decoration. Very good breakfast. Nice winter garden. Very friendly personel.

Cons:

I would prefer 24h reception. They worked 7am-9pm. It created no problem for my stay as it was on their working hours. On line check in did not work for my ID.

Excellent service, clean rooms, and great location!
Pros:

Immediately upon arriving we were warmly welcomed, shown to our rooms, and given a full explanation of how everything worked. There were snacks, filtered water, and tea waiting for us in the room. The breakfast offers variety and can be eaten in the breakfast room or the heated winter garden in the courtyard. Coffee and tea are available all day. The location is fantastic - a 3-minute walk to the 4 tram and 4 metro or a 10 to 15 minute walk to museums, the bridges, and center of the Pest side of Budapest. The staff were well-informed about sites, tickets, and restaurants.

Cons:

I have no complaints.

Hidden gem
Pros:

From the staff to the room to the breakfast to the location. Everything succeeded our expectations. It is a beautiful space, very clean which is important for me and the breakfast buffet was amazing (you can feel they cook with love and not rush - which you can definitely taste the difference). Check in was smooth and so was check out. I will definitely be coming back to Budapest and making sure I book my stay here honestly so worth it! Easy location to walk everywhere too.

Nothing. Loved it.

Rigtig dejlige værelser, store og med behagelige senge. Fin morgenmad og venligt personale.
Pros:

Hotellet lå en smule uden for centrum, men vi kunne godt lide at gå dertil gennem det jødiske kvarter. Specielt om aftenen var det stemningsfuldt.

Cons:

Overordnet er alt fint. Men lige et par detaljer som jeg vil anbefale personalet at overveje. Der er et badehåndklæde samt et lille bitte håndklæde per person på værelset. Når man beder om et ekstra håndklæde (i mit tilfælde til håret) så skal man bare udlevere et ekstra og ikke antyde at kvinder farver hår og der så kommer ekstra farve på håndklæderne. Dagen efter bliver de andre håndklæder erstattet med rene men det til håret (som var mørkt) gjorde ikke.... Jeg har lyst hår og farver det ikke. Anyways, det virker småligt. Vil også foreslå at man finder nogle andre måder at servere yoghurt, frugt mm - beholderne er helt håbløse og det sviner unødvendigt.

Un hôtel idéal : c'est rare ! Dans une maison à 1 étage avec beaucoup de cachet, une cour intérieure transformée en véranda avec un balcon, on est tout de suite dans l'atmosphère typique de Budapest.
Très jolie déco, mélange de meubles anciens et de confort moderne, chambre spacieuse avec un beau parquet.
Un personnel exceptionnellement agréable et accueillant, discret mais toujours prêt à discuter un peu !
Tout est fait pour être confortable et reposant.
De plus, très pratique depuis l'aéroport avec le Bus 100E : arrêt Kálvin Tér à 5 minutes à pied.
