Hotel Gracelane

It was late night reservations and I am very tired. I called the attendant before arriving at the hotel and he was able to confirm my booking and assign a room. Check-in was fast. Property is secured. Theres a starbucks around the corner and McDonald's beside it. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. Vista Mall is also in front of the main street.

Good place to stay couple. Close to Vista Mall for breakfast lover. Lots of places to see aside from the traffic was bad.

This was a stop on my tour of the Philippines. The area around the hotel is well maintained with common western merchants around like McDonald’s, Starbucks, and anytime fitness. Staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was nice and had a western serving style. The rooms had nice beds and pillows. The showers were hot and the AC was so cold I had to wake up and turn it down the first night. It was a happy surprise since some of most of these are missing from other hotels or airbnbs in this area. If you’re on the fence about this hotel vs an Airbnb don’t think twice and book this hotel for your stay!

every time we call the front desk to make a request such as a bucket of ice and glasses, no one delivers to the room and the guest takes it from the ground level even though our room is on the third floor

We had a great stay! Staff was very accommodating and courteous except for one of the staff at the front desk when we arrived who had a frowny face and was not very friendly but overall, our stay was great! Would have been a lot better if there was a swimming pool which our kids would have aenjoyed a lot.

Clean hotel and corteous staff, accessible to the national road

Three of us travelled to Pampanga to visit relatives and stayed for two nights in a family room. The hotel is an oasis of beautiful landscaping and is a well built hotel. A small but classy restaurant in the middle of the hotel grounds serves good food and the free breakfast, which is individually ordered. Room was large and quite acceptable. It was a great headquarters for our Pampanga trip.

It was a relaxing place to stay.

The hotel is set back from the noisy highway, so it is quite peaceful, but close to shopping/dining outlets. Nice garden area, and pleasant restaurant on site. Room was fairly basic, but clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. No complaints.
