Actually I got disappointed. Coz,
Usually, Normal hotels(same price/a night) prepare even bottles of water in room and enough towels.
I feel this hotel wants to save things as much as possible.
They have an accommodating staff and did their best to serve our needs.
Near every tourist spot
We had a good stay overnight. I just hope the food (breakfast) would be better. There's not much choices.

The area was very acccessible.The room was big enough and comfortable but their service was not good, we had to request for toiletries and towels as if they dont know people are checked in. They were not for prepared holidays like Christmas and New Year with the influx of tourist. Their limited staff cannot handle the room service and breakfast properly.
Feeling upset in service and accomodation no good in serce..
Owner/manager is super helpful and approachable. My colleague and I like her a lot. Room is a bit small but beds are comfortable. Improvements on the water heating system and cleanliness will definitely create a difference.
It wasn’t a pleasant stay. The hotel needs a lot of upgrading: bathroom, bedsheets and towels. Breakfast buffet is advisable. Good training for the staff including the Manager. Good customer service should be a priority.
It is a nice facility but management is very poor. Staff seems like overworked and front desk needs more training. The Manager was not good in customer service, she’s bossy and showed disrespect to her staff in front of customers. Bathrooms need to be upgraded and need new bed sheets as well as towels.
The Hotel's elevator don't work. Their WIFI don't work. In-room toilet is slightly broken.
Customer service is so bad. Room was not ready until 5 pm (check in is 2pm). Room occupancy description is completely different from what was advertised. I'm not sure if they were the owner of the hotel, but they are not interested with our check-in concerns. They treat us as if it was our first time checking in in a hotel.
The front desk staff should be well trained to handle customers and clients. Good thing there's this 'madam' who made arrangements to us coz' the reservation i booked from expedia did not go well.it sucks!.. the hotel room we got is not what i booked..and cheaper than the room i paid for..
Disappointment best describes my stay in this hotel. What expedia tells on their website about the occupancy is completely different from what you will get in the hotel. We ended up getting an extra room and pay more. Checkin time is 2pm, but it's already 5pm and still our room is not ready. We ended up wasting our time waiting for the room to be available.
