Até agora não recebi a nota fiscal, e preciso urgentemente para poder ter meu re-embolso.
Hotel muito bonito e confortável. O café da manhã é espetacular.
Chuveiro poderia ser um pouco melhor.

L’attention de Wanderlei à la réception qui a trouvé une meilleure chambre pour nous. Grâce à lui, notre séjour était agréable. Moito obrigada !!!
C’est un hôtel plutôt 3 étoiles. Ils devraient s’inspirer du Luzeiros Fortaleza.
Le petit déjeuner était moyen. Qui fait un gâteau au parmesan et goyave ??? C’était mauvais !
Au restaurant : un couscous aux crevettes très sec, deux cocktails commandés, un oublié. Le repas est arrivé avant les cocktails. Le service laisse à désirer.
Malgré l’effort du personnel, il y a beaucoup à améliorer. Personnel non ou peu formé.
Lo más importante es la cercanía al shopping riomar, lo contrate por eso y cumplió. Fui tres días a Recife a hacer compras para luego ir a porto galhinas. El
Hotel es muy lindo, de lujo. Las habitaciones impecables. El desayuno muy típico brasileño lo cual es lógico pero quizá pueden buscar opciones para turistas, aunque el lugar no es taaan turístico.
Es súper incómodo llegar a las habitaciones, si o si activas el
Ascensor con la tarjeta de la habitación, lo cual al ser 4 teníamos que tener siempre una tarjeta a mano. En nuestro caso eran dos habitaciones unidad, teníamos en un momento 6 tarjetas, no sabíamos qué puerta abría.. una la de afuera, la

Matrimonio, la otra la de mis hijas, deberían poder marcarse , antes de salir teníamos que chequear cuál era cuál, eso fue bastante pesado. Salíamos con monedero para llevar la tarjeta.parece una queja absurda pero lo ilógico era estar probando tarjetas en la puerta de la habitación. Entiendo que lo del ascensor es por seguridad porque está muy expuesto el hotel pero quizá buscar otra solución…
