The location is amazing and the staff were delightful. Breakfasts on the terrace are very special.
This is by far the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in and the pool was very disappointing. It is salt water with added chlorine and was 32C, i.e. too hot, when we stayed. Swimming in the pool should have been really enjoyable but it was actually unpleasant. Quite a few of the mosaic tiles had fallen off. The pool is badly overdue a major overhaul which is not what I expect given the price we paid.

The only minor disappointment was the eggs at breakfast..
Eggs Benedict and the omelet with gamberi.
The best of the best, I could wake up to that view everyday in my life. Everything in hotel was truly wonderful!
