Yooma Urban Lodge Tour Eiffel

We really enjoyed our stay. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower, dining, and shopping. Staff was excellent! Would definitely stay there again. The rooms are a little small.

A really cool place to stay with kids. The lobby is full of free games. They offer free water refills. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was tiny like a cruise ship cabin. But the space was well used. Very clean and modern hotel that was near the eiffel tower.

The concept of the rooms is centered around ergonomics, aiming to accommodate more people. However, the cleanliness of our room was subpar. The walls were rusty, the sink had a slow-moving water supply, and the bed sheets were in poor condition. Given that the hotel is family-friendly, I expected higher standards of cleanliness. While the common areas were clean, the idea of having families share games onsite was a positive aspect that made our stay tolerable. My pre-teens and teenagers enjoyed playing games after our sightseeing activities. The location was convenient, being less than a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions. Will I consider staying at this hotel again in the future, maybe notS some receptions were kind the Spanish speaking girls did not get their name. The male receptionist did not make me feel comfortable or welcome. The neighborhood felt safe

Perfect location! Walkable to Eiffel Tower -about 15 mins . Our room AC was not working but they gave us 2 fans which were fine . This is our second time being here - that tells you a lot by itself !

Amazing hotel, great location, good price, family of 5.

The location was great walk about 20 minutes to Seine River and catch the hop on and hop off boat (Batobus cost 24 euro for 24 hours or 27 for 48 hours). The mall was around the corner and we ate at PanAsia, food was delicious and fresh. The room reading light close to the window doesn’t work. The room ceiling light was not bright at all and I have to use my flashlight to look for my stuff in my luggage.

Our stay at Yooma Urban Lodge Paris was deeply disappointing. The accommodation was cramped for a family of four, with dirty floors and stained curtains that gave the room an unkempt feel. Breakfast options were extremely limited and of poor quality, and several arcade games — one of the advertised attractions — were broken and unusable. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that fell far short of expectations, especially given the glowing reviews on Hotels.com, which did not reflect the reality we encountered.

The staff and sevices were good. It's safe, quiet and convenient location puts guests within easy walking distance of the city's most famous landmarks.

Tv didn't work throughout our stay

Nice quirky feel to the hotel, with a pacman theme. Plenty of things for kids to do (arcades and soft play area kept them occupied). Location was 10 mins walk to nearest metro station and 15 mins to Eiffel tower.

Staff was friendly.. the rooms are tight but you know that already by looking at the pics. Amazing price for a family with kids. Bunk beds were a hit.. but small room. Suitcases were in the way lol. They lobby was stuffy, wish they would air it out.. that's my biggest complaint. But overall.. very pleased with what we got

We were given a handicapped room which we did not asked, 1st min.of using the shower, the BR was flooded reaching the room, so I went to report to front desk ( they don't have a phone in the room so with every issue or need I have to go down)we were transferred to another room with a better BR, but this time the AC is not working. Really hot in the room. One receptionist was rude and said "its a 3 star hotel dont expect an AC" which was contradicted by a fellow staff. Their website said they have an AC so thats false advertisement if they don't as claimed by the rude staff. We ended up using 2 rooms, 1 to shower and 1 to sleep. Rooms are not located next to each other so it was really an inconvenience for us. We weren't able to rest properly, our 1st night in Paris was entirely ruined. We opted to just check out the next day and go to another hotel. Martial & Sandra reception crew were very nice who tried their best to help out. They gave me a hard time too contacting their manager, they told me they don't have manager on the weekend, I went back Monday and still they said they don't have a manager to talk to. Finally, I was able to talk to a manager ,Victoria, who listened to all the issues I raised and agreed to give a refund on the remaining 2 nights we are supposed to stay ( still waiting for that) The rooms in this hotel are dark and feels depressing. It is closed to Eiffel Tower. They have a very rude receptionist. No fridge, no microwave,Breakfast average.

The property was very good. I wish the Air confidtioner was colder. Couldn't adjust the "preset" conditions.

Easy accessible

Lots of things to do for kids! Air was out and had to move rooms but they fixed that for us! Would stay again!
