Mooi Hotel met veel potentie maar is de liefde en aandacht voor het moois helemaal verloren.

de ligging van dit hotel is heel goed. mooie uitvalsbasis. groot hotel met veel mogelijkheden voor voorzieningen en goede parkeerruimte. personeel is ook vriendelijk

dit hotel heeft wat liefde en aandacht verloren helaas. Het ontbijt is redelijk. het zwembad en de rooftop in het atrium vielen zwaar tegen. het zwembad zag er niet schoon uit en het water stond half vol. Geen ligbedjes. alleen een terras helemaal volgezet met tafels en stoelen. niet echt een chillplek. Wat een teleurstelling.

Le bagagiste est vraiment sympa, souriant et très serviable

Mauvais service de l'accueil quand on demande un peu d'aide ou simplement un essui pour se doucher car la femme de ménage à oublié d'en mettre ! Je me suis fait mal accueillir par le personnel de la réception. Et également quand ma carte d'accès à la chambre était défectueuse 2 fois en une semaine. J'avais l'impression que le dérangeais le personnel de la réception alors que je n'avais plus accès à ma chambre. Je tiens à préciser que j'ai réservé dans cet hôtel pour plus de 3 semaines... que je ne suis pas un client de passage et que c'est pas mon premier séjour ici...

Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Bustickets ausdrucken etc an der Rezeption problemlos möglich, sehr gute Lage, ansprechendes Restaurant, gute Zimmergröße

Cons:

Momentan Baustellenlärm auf einer Seite und tageweise ein lautes Outdoor Fitnessstudio auf der anderen Seite
