Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De rooftop met zwembad was gesloten en tegenover het hotel waren 2 appartementen in aanbouw, dus veel geluid. Het zou wel netjes geweest zijn als dat vooraf gemeld was want de rooftop was o.a. de reden dat we hier geboekt hadden.

Verblijf was prima!
Pros:

De service van het hotel was zeer goed en vriendelijk. Ik kreeg in eerste instantie een kamer die op sommige punten niet helemaal in orde waren. Er werd meegedacht en -gewerkt en direct gehandeld. De kamer die ik ervoor in de plaats kreeg voldeed naar mijn wensen en verwachtingen. Ontbijt was ook fijn en goed. De locatie ligt lekker centraal.

Cons:

Receptie en medewerker hebben gezegd dat je op de rooftop kon zwemmen. Alleen de rooftop was nog helemaal niet af en onder verbouwing. Zwembad was ook voor een kwart gevuld met water.

Pros:

Muito bem recepcionado, café da manhã ótimo, perto de tudo, restaurantes, schoopping. O único problema foi estacionamento, ao chegar me avisaram que estava lotado e que teria que deixar o carro na rua .
