Le petit déjeuner et personnels

Cons:

J’avais choisi de payer un supplément afin de bénéficier d’une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter le soir en raison de la présence très importante de moustiques. La seule solution proposée a été de nous remettre une crème à appliquer sur le corps, ce qui ne répond pas réellement au problème.
Par ailleurs, j’ai été surpris de constater que la chambre ne disposait ni de verres, ni d’une bouilloire ou d’une machine permettant de préparer un thé ou un café. De plus, un seul petit savon a été fourni pour un séjour de trois jours, ce qui est insuffisant pour un établissement de cette catégorie.
Nous avons également été réveillés chaque matin par le bruit des travaux effectués au niveau de la piscine, ce qui a fortement nui à notre repos.
Enfin, j’ai découvert que les transats étaient payants, avec seulement une réduction de 10 %, alors que je m’attendais à un meilleur niveau de service.
Au regard de ces différents désagréments, je regrette sincèrement d’avoir payé un supplément pour cette chambre, car je n’ai pas eu la prestation que j’étais en droit d’attendre. Si j’avais été informé de ces conditions, j’aurais simplement réservé une chambre standard.

A wonderful stay in Santa Cesarea Terme.
Pros:

Est hotel is a lovely place to stay. Clean, modern and has the best views of the sea. Breakfast is excellent with a great choice of sweet and savory dishes. We also had dinner there which was really good. So great food! Comfortable bed and room.

Cons:

That the beautiful pool wasn’t ready.. it will be fantastic when it is. They are almost finished.

Hotel Est met all expectations, it was perfect.
Pros:

The property sits in a beautiful position in an area of Puglia that is quite magnificent. Our walk from Est Hotel to the rock formations and the azure Adriatic swimming area was an absolute highlight. The staff were attentive and accommodating of our English, the restaurant was of a good standard with a lovely atmosphere and setting. The room was of a good size that just made our holiday stay a quiet and comfortable one. A luxury feel with comfortable bedding, great views and easy on site parking.
