Ubicación excelente, habitación con buen tamaño, con terraza grande y vistas al bosque, baño grande con todo lo necesario, Vicky y Sergio encantadores dando plano e información necesaria del valle y de los alrededores, plano incluido.

Cons:

El mismo encanto del lugar hace que quede lejos del pueblo más cercano para los desplazamientos diarios.
Vendría bien renovación del mobiliario de las terrazas de las habitaciones y de la terraza del establecimiento.
Limpieza de las terrazas.

Nice room , good light blocking blinds

Cons:

No kitchen, one floor walk up, no air conditioning control as the owner lives in the building and controls it, so was warm here in July. Listing mentions a pool but there is none. Google got us there but on a very poor bumpy road.

Pros:

Lo mejor el trato tan familiar, Vicky y Sergio, los dueños, súper amables y atentos. Un entorno sin igual, unas vistas inolvidables. Chiki.... un encanto. VOLVEREMOS.

Pros:

Solo puedo escribir cosas buenas, en especial destacamos a la propietaria, super atenta y super amable! Ha sido una estancia corta pero repetiremos seguro más días. El lugar es ideal para desconectar o mejor aún, para conectar con la naturaleza.
Destaco también la comida y sus opciones veganas y vegetarianas. Sin olvidarnos de la perrita, un amor.

El lugar perfecto para una escapada en familia
Pros:

Hemos estado una noche y nos ha encantado. El servicio y la atención han sido de 10 y sus propietarios unos excelentes anfitriones. La habitación es cómoda y la casa en general, muy limpia. El entorno natural, los animales, los espacios al aire libre, el servicio y la zona infantil, hacen de Mendi Alai, el lugar perfecto para una escapada en familia. Mi hijo de 2 años lo ha disfrutado muchísimo. Nosotros repetiremos sin dudarlo. Mención especial para el servicio de comidas y de desayuno, destacando las opciones veganas.

A great place with lovely people, and a nice garden.
Pros:

Very hospitable, our hosts were very accommodating and kind. They let us sample some local foods and dinner included fresh vegetables from their garden. They also have ducks, rabbits, chickens, and a horse! All in a beautiful place among sheep and cows and nature.

Couldn’t locate in the dark
Pros:

This might be a great place to stay (I am giving top ratings for some things I didn’t see) but I absolutely could not find it! The navigation in my rental car took me almost an hour away. Then some young men who were having a bachelor party helped me get navigation on my phone AND spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who offered to lead me in if I couldn’t find it. Then my phone died when I was almost there and refused to recharge with my cord. It must have had a short in it. I finally gave up and literally drove all night to Leon where a hotel let me sign in early. For this hotel I think it will definitely be best to plan plenty of time to arrive before dark.
