Pros:

Great location for what we wanted to do. It was clean, and comfortable

Cons:

Felt it was overpriced compared to similar accommodation. Unfortunately there was some building work taking place and the pool wasn't open

My daughter had a problem with her room in the bathroom, but the young lady immediately switched her out into another room and I appreciate that

Would recommend a “refresh”. Disappointed given other Hampton Inns.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, friendly, attentive. Highly rate them. Check in and out easy.

Room temperature was perfect. Breakfast was fine, similar to other Hampton Inns.

Cons:

The hotel was “tired”. Furniture and rugs becoming threadbare and stained. Although clean, in our room the bathroom glass shower door was chipped and off track, shower stall was stained, and shower head and hand grip rusting. Ceiling cracking. Light over sink was missing its cover. One elevator out of order for 3 days.
