Bad customer service/ outdated/DIRTY

I should not have to write a review while still staying at this hotel during my uncle's funeral. As a Hilton member, this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had.
The customer service at check-in was poor, the room is outdated and not properly cleaned, the pillows are heavily stained and yellow, there is no refrigerator, and only one elevator is working and it sounds like it's struggling to operate.
What makes this even more upsetting is that I recommended this hotel to my family. Several relatives are staying here, and we rented the ballroom for my uncle's repast. My family is already grieving, and I feel let down knowing | encouraged them to stay here.
For a stay costing over $400, l expected much better.
Instead, this feels more like a motel experience than a Hilton property. I am extremely disappointed.
