Una mala experiencia en el Gran Hotel Rural Cela.
Pros:

El entorno de la naturaleza es excelente, pero la hosteleria (bares, restaurantes y hoteles) de Belmonte deja mucho que desear.

Cons:

Principalmente la relación calidad- precio. El Hotel Cela nos cobró 700 euros por cuatro noches. La habitación con baño, dormitorio y sala no estaban en absoluto acordes con el precio. Había carencias elementales, fácilmente subsanables: lámparas sin bombillas, enchufes mediorotos, luces insuficientes en la sala. La wifi era muy débil y lenta, insuficiente para hacer consultas normales.

No hay nadie que atienda, el check-in y el check out te lo haces tu mismo. No hay posibilidad de desayuno y sin embargo el precio es de un hotel normal.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it was delightful, now it’s terrible
Pros:

The restaurant was closed, so no breakfast

Cons:

The hotel was almost like it had been abandoned. Nobody at the reception desk, doors were locked when I arrived, the restaurant and bar were both closed. This was once a nice family owned hotel. I don’t know what happened, but don’t waste your money here.

Las instalaciones muy bien y todo súper limpio.

Cons:

No le doy un 10 porque heché de menos un@ recepcionista como persona física con la que pudiera hablar si hubiera algún problema sin falta de llamar por teléfono.

Inchecken verliep moeizaam, want de eigenaar van het hotel was niet aanwezig en de onderliggende bar/restaurant bleek van een andere eigenaar. Diegene was overigens wel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Het bed lag niet lekker en de douche was aan vervanging toe.

Wonderful place
Pros:

The owner was wonderfully welcoming and hardworking. The breakfast was bountiful. Our room was lovely. Everything was just perfect!!! Would stay here again
