I have stayed at this hotel before and it was delightful, now it’s terrible
Pros:

The restaurant was closed, so no breakfast

Cons:

The hotel was almost like it had been abandoned. Nobody at the reception desk, doors were locked when I arrived, the restaurant and bar were both closed. This was once a nice family owned hotel. I don’t know what happened, but don’t waste your money here.

Las instalaciones muy bien y todo súper limpio.

Cons:

No le doy un 10 porque heché de menos un@ recepcionista como persona física con la que pudiera hablar si hubiera algún problema sin falta de llamar por teléfono.

Pros:

Inchecken verliep moeizaam, want de eigenaar van het hotel was niet aanwezig en de onderliggende bar/restaurant bleek van een andere eigenaar. Diegene was overigens wel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Het bed lag niet lekker en de douche was aan vervanging toe.

Pros:

Ha sido todo un gran descubrimiento este hotel. Excelente servicio, atención inmejorable y mejores personas. Si quieres disfrutar de Asturias y de sus paisajes, es el mejor lugar donde uno puede alojarse. Comodidad, confort y una preocupación constante de los empleados por sus clientes. Un 10 en puntuación.
