Pros:

Perfect location, nice service. The room was clean and modern. The Staffs, especially Christian and Osman were very kind and made the best service so that the start and the end of our travel remained as a good memory. My daughter was very moved by their / italian attitude. We would definitely come again.

Cons:

It would have been six stars if they would have had double window system. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay much more than we expected.

Il mio soggiorno è stato fantastico! Vorrei ringraziare di cuore Matteo alla reception. È stato estremamente gentile, professionale e il suo servizio è stato impeccabile. Questo hotel è stato il migliore in assoluto, molto meglio di tutti quelli in cui abbiamo soggiornato a Roma, Milano e Napoli. Grazie a lui, la nostra esperienza a Firenze è stata ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

離車站非常近，非常方便！ 櫃檯人員服務態度非常好！床也非常好睡，唯一每種不足的就是床頭板還有一些設備感覺有點陳舊了

Fantastic hotel, fantastic location and a fantastic stay.
Pros:

This hotel looked great on the photos when booking and it was even better when I arrived. It's located just next to Santa Maria Novella station. A very warm and friendly welcome from Christian and Oustian in the reception and they explained everything very well and gave me useful information about the city without me having to ask for it which was very appreciated. Also received a welcome drink ticket to use in their bar, so lovely. The night time staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is nicely designed and you can tell there was thoughts behind how to make visitors enjoy their stay. Spacious room, comfy bed and a good bathroom even with a tub. The room had nice high ceiling and everything looked neat and clean. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Florence next time!

Cons:

Everything was great and I felt very safe and welcome here, I have nothing negative to say about my visit here.

Posizione Hotel, lo staff in particolare le disponibilità ed i consigli del Sig. Daniele. La colazione era ricca ed abbondante, il servizio bar era accogliente.

Pros:
