Hôtel moderne et accueillant pour un séjour très agréable.
Pros:

L'hôtel est juste à côté de la gare et du tram de l'aéroport, c'est très pratique. Tout est refait à neuf dans un bâtiment.
Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel ( Giada, Dudu, Matteo, Christian, Francesca). On se sent bien accueilli.
Une belle chambre qui correspond bien aux standards attendus: tout est très propre, rideaux occultants, lit très confortable.
La connexion wifi fonctionne parfaitement.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon.

Great accommodation and service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at C-Hotels Joy in Florence. The location is excellent and the hotel is very comfortable, but what truly made our visit special was the exceptional service from the staff.

A big thank you to Ousman, Francesca, and Christian for their kindness and professionalism. We are especially grateful for the room upgrade and for helping with all the arrangements during our stay. Your support and attention to detail made our time in Florence very comfortable and pleasant.

We truly appreciate your hospitality and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Florence.

Central location, a short walk (10 minutes) from a tourist center .
Very friendly staff Christian & Ousman were super helpful

Cons:

Shower is a little small and no towel warmer.
The area during the night is a little sketchy (but during the day is wonderful).

Perfect
Pros:

Everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Mateo and Christian who were incredibly kind and offered us a free room upgrade! The rest of the staff has also been very kind. The room is great, the bar is very pleasant and the breakfast was perfect. Everything was delicious and there was a lot of variety. Regarding location it’s right next to the tram that comes from the airport and the train station, but a short ten minute walk from city centre.
