Özellikle çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverler. Odamız da gayet temiz ve güzeldi. Konumu harika tren istasyonuna çok yakın ve gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde.

Vi var kjempefornøyde og ønsker å komme tilbake. Ekselent service fra Cristian og Matteo.

Vi var veldig fornøyde med personalet i resepsjonen, fikk veldig god hjelp fra Cristian og Matteo som begge to snakket spansk. Veldig hyggelige, hjelpsomme og profesjonelle.
I spisesalen var betjeningen veldig vennlige. Også renholdpersonale gjorde veldig god jobb.
Veldig god frokost, eggerøre noe av den beste på hotell.
Glimrende beliggenhet, nær togstasjonen og bare 100 meter til trikkestopp med forbindelse til flyplassen.

Cons:

Kunne ønsket Smart TV på rommet.

Hôtel bien placé pour visiter Florence
Pros:

L’emplacement près de la gare
Le petit déjeuner était parfait, très copieux, de qualité servi par un personnel très sympathique et attentif aux demandes.
Personnel de l’accueil très agréable et parlant français.
Collation dans l’attente de la chambre.

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue, même au 3ème étage.
Peu de rangements dans la chambre, obligés de laisser une de nos valises sur le sol…heureusement que nous ne restions pas une semaine.
Et nous avons pourtant payé un supplément de 30€ pour une chambre plus grande.

Nada. O café da manhã era normal. O staff é educado.

Cons:

Banheiro ruim, muito pequeno, sem box fechado, chuveiro muito baixo. Não existe bancada na pia. Limpeza do banheiro não foi boa. Toalhas de banho com cheiro ruim. Cama muito pequena e ainda reservei um quarto melhor com uma pequena sala. Durante as duas noites que hospedamos o ar condicionado estava desligado com problemas na central.
