服務人員Ousman人非常好，個人評價是好的，前後有協助訂餐廳與協助叫車 希望前面提到的缺點可以改善，尤其是毛巾跟床單的部分，可以的話建議直接定期換新

價格就見仁見智，畢竟這區的住宿本身就比較貴，要有冷氣就只能選飯店

Excellent location by the central station and walking distance to all attractions. Wonderful staff who were helpful in every way. Delicious buffet breakfast with a good variety and lots of fresh fruits. Lovely comfortable lounge/ bar with complementary snacks.

We arrived to a warm welcome from night concierge Julanic at .midnight. room impeccable. Lift essential for me. Location near airport tram stopfor main railway station. Early morning walk to Duomo then back for superb breakfast before checking out at 11 for train to Arezzo. Perfect. Helpful service from the whole team

Pros:

I had a great stay at C-Hotels Joy in Florence. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city and access transportation. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day.
Overall, the combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, great breakfast, and convenient location made for a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Idéalement placé près du tram, à 20mn de l’aéroport et 10 minutes à pied du centre.

**Exceptional Help Desk Team at a Hotel Just Steps from Firenze Santa Maria Novella**
Pros:

The manager and the entire help desk team already know me well because I have been there several times. They always greet me with a warm smile and consistently go above and beyond to assist me with anything I need. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help have made every visit a positive experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately, they are not everywhere I travel. If they were, it would make my frequent travels much easier. Instead, I often find myself having to ask the same questions repeatedly, and the answers, level of assistance, and flexibility can vary significantly from one location to another. That is one of the reasons I truly appreciate working with a team that already knows me and understands my needs.
