Cons:

When I was checking in at the hotel, they told me that I had booked a very small room and said that if I paid an additional 30 euros, they would give me a better room. However, they deceived me and still put me in a small room. The bathroom was very dirty.

Pros:

Tutto in generale. In particolare l’estrema gentilezza e disponibilità del sig, Daniele.

Cons:

Forse le camere sulla via principale sono un po’ rumorose la notte e la mattina presto a causa di una fermata dell’autobus proprio accanto all’entrata principale. Consiglio magari di chiedere una camera affacciata sull’interno.

Pros:

只有床跟枕頭還算好睡

Cons:

1.吹風機吹個幾秒就不能吹了，要等待好幾分鐘讓吹風機冷卻，對女生吹頭髮來說變得超麻煩
2.地點雖然離火車站近沒錯，但是底下等公車的地方，常常一堆人堵住去路，而且深夜晚上底下的人聊天都非常大聲
3.浴室清潔需要再加強，肉眼可見的不乾淨

Todo excelente. Ubicación perfecta, al lado de la estación de tren y aun así muy tranquilo. A un paso de todo lo importante en Florencia. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Y el staff de recepción, Francesca y Christian, simplemente de 10.

Colazione completa e varia. Personale della reception, nelle persone di Daniele e Francesca, sempre gentili, precisi, puntuali più che disponibili a risolvere quei piccoli o grossi problemi che comunque possono insorgere durante il soggiorno. Non posso che consigliarlo. A presto

Una opción perfecta, viajamos en grupo y la percepción de todos que el hotel estuvo 10/10
Pros:

Es un hotel que esta super cerca de la estación Santa Maria Novella, llegamos en tren y nos trasladamos caminando al hotel. La atención de Danielle estuvo increíble, una persona muy cálida, atenta y paciente, nos apoyo con la logística ya que éramos un grupo grande y atendió algunas dudas que teníamos, también la de la señora Giada encargada del desayuno nos hizo el día. Todo el personal 10/10. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones. Sin duda regresamos nuevamente.

Warm service！
Pros:

Despite arriving during an incredibly busy period, the staff made our check-in experience smooth and welcoming. Meteo and Christan were absolutely wonderful – their enthusiasm and helpfulness truly set the tone for our entire stay. Their warm hospitality was genuinely infectious!

Walking into our room, we were delighted to find a thoughtful welcome card and chocolates waiting for us. The room itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Upon checkout, Francesca (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) went above and beyond to help us locate where to pay the city tax. She then efficiently assisted us with luggage storage, which allowed us to catch our train on time without any stress.

The entire team at Joy Hotel exemplifies excellent service. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests made our experience truly memorable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our visit so special!

Cons:

One small note: the air freshener scent in the room was a bit strong for my sensitive nose – perhaps a lighter fragrance or fragrance-free option could be considered for guests with sensitivities.
