This was our first stay and everything was beautiful and pleasant

Clean, modern, welcoming!!!
Pros:

Very clean, and comfortable with a modern interior and lobby which was very nice. I was pleased to be welcomed by the staff at check in and at breakfast which was appreciated. Couldn’t stay for breakfast but it looked good and I was really surprised with the fresh berries and granola options, something healthier than a usual hotel breakfast.

Hotel was great. But you did me dirty I think.
Cons:

When I made my reservation I booked a king executive suite. When I checked in, I got a 2 double bed suite. I was told it was an “upgrade” because you overbooked what they had. A double is NOT an upgrade from a king in my opinion. If this happens again, I will not use your app again and give you a bad review. I was very disappointed. I know you don’t care but I was.

Great location. We got the 2 bedroom with 1king bed and 2 queen beds and its a perfect size for our family. Each room has its designated bathroom which is very convenient. Good size kitchen and living room. Both bedrooms have TVs and living room as well!

Cons:

Lobby got a weird smell. We thought it was just the lobby area since people are coming in and out. But turns out, our room have a bad smell. Smells like sweat - not the linen or beddings. Light switch in the room with 2 queen beds dont work at all.
