Filthy rooms by far the dirtiest place to ever wear the Holiday Inn name
This was not a very clean location, and front desk didn’t seem to care. Our bathroom in the room was dirty. One bed had a mattress cover, the other did not. After breakfast, no one was there to clean the lobby - it was gross. We wouldn’t stay again at this location.
The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was sizable. The elevator was convenient and in good condition. The.
There was not one working ice machine on site, had to buy a bag of ice at the local gas station. Cleanliness and simple proper maintenance were lacking in many places in the room and overall building.
The credit card number I used at this Holiday Inn for payment was reported to me being used at the local Walmart two days later, $500 was trying to be charged on it, the credit card company declined it thankfully, and froze the card, not sure how this happened, but a strange occurrence for a one night stay in this city.
Location was helpful for our purpose of travel
Ice makers on each floor or at least that can generate ice more easily/quickly, make the WiFi more easily accessible, the room I was in was facing the highway and parking lot and did not have the extra cord to draw down the night time shades. So all we had were the sheer shades which meant our room had quite a bit of light in it.
You can hear noises from upstairs and in the hallway from in your room very easily. Having someone at the desk visible during normal business hours when you are walking in and out would make the place feel more welcoming and less sketchy

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our first room was filthy when we checked in. The room we ended up in smelled terrible. The front desk clerk was never there when we needed anything. The lobby bathroom sinks didn’t work So you go to the bathroom, soap up and then there is nowhere to rinse hands off. The lobby and halls are filthy.
