Não conseguir me hospedar,estava com um pet , e quando fui fazer o chequim , estava em viagem para Porto seguro, seria somente uma noite , o atendente tratou super mal,como não tinha nada no site que precisaria da carteira de vacinação,não levei, o que tinha no celular era a vacina de 2024 . Ele não quis nem considerar a possibilidade, creio que a política no hotel está correta ,mas era um pet de pequeno porte , já eram 22:00,e irmãos sair às 7 para prosseguir viagem .Ele foi super mal educado . desprezo total .acabei fazendo a reserva em outro hotel ,expliquei a situação e fui muito bem aceita com meu pett. Se eu não engano ele era o único recepcionista homem . Infelizmente não gravei o nome dele .

Limpeza estava ok, as faxineiras deixava limpo.

Cons:

Achei que tinha café da manhã incluso não tinha, e estava parecendo que ia ter, chegou lá falou que não estava incluso.
O elevador da garagem só no terceiro andar, então não tinha como deixar o carro nos andares de baixo pois se não tinha que subir andando a rampa e pé, acho que deveria ter elevador em todos os pontos de garagem.
O chuveiro péssimo saia um cano de água, não se espalhava a água como todos os chuveiros fazem, e sem contar que é super apertado.
Não recomendo para 3 pessoas.
A área onde é o vaso sanitário se for uma pessoa maior nem cabe de não apertado sério.
E pelo valor da estadia deveria ser melhor.
