Certain items in the room and along the aisle need to be upgraded or replaced due to wear off

Cons:

Service was poor, particularly in how the issue with the malfunctioning toilet door was handled. The door was locked and I was unable to access my belongings inside, which meant I couldn’t get ready for my work event at 4AM. The PIC informed me that the keys were not working and that the maintenance team would only arrive at 9AM. The only solution offered was a room change, which did not address the immediate issue, as all my essentials were locked in the toilet, putting me at risk of being late for work. will i come back? probably not.

La ubicación y las instalaciones estaban genial ya que habia de todo lo que pudieses necesitar. Además nos guardaron las mochilas todo el dia después del check out. También nos gustó mucho la zona de recepción ya que tiene una mesa común para comer y microondas y agua para que puedieses rellenar la botella.

Cons:

Se es escucha absolutamente todo tanto de dentro como fuera del hotel. Además nos coincidió que tiraban fuegos artificiales hasta las 00:00 y la oración al rezo a las 5 de la mañana cada dia.

Nice Hotel in the Middle of The City.
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel with great interior design.
Clean and comfy room but could be better.
Fast check-in and friendly/helpful staffs.

Cons:

Room was not big, as compare to its price.
Barely can move inside and expected to be much bigger hence make customer feel less comfortable.
Hope can improve on this as other than that all good enough.
