Buena ubicación, mantenimiento pobre
Pros:

La ubicación. Lily de recepción fue muy amable

Cons:

Estaba muy sucio, informamos que había una papelera rota a la salida del ascensor de la planta 4 con líquido de muy mal aspecto derramado en el suelo, no lo limpiaron en 3 días que estuvimos. El baño tampoco estaba limpio, sábanas rotas….

Open room door to big nowhere to place your luggage no bench for luggage or fold out for luggage plenty of space to place luggage sits on the floor something bed should be King Size bathroom ok but shower area no shelves everything sits on the floor floor can be slippery watch the footing

Bilik best . Kemas, bersih dan luas. Reception pun bagus2 semuanya. Lobby bersih , cantik. Parking senang dapat, depan hotel ada parking dan bawah basement pun ada parking.. Hotel dekat dengan semua tempat . Will repeat againnnn.

Cons:

Semua okay cuma tingkat 2 , masa saya stay situ takde iron. Kena naik tingkat 3 untuk iron . Tapi ok jee ..

Cons:

The room is not clean. Terrible strong smell of detergent in the room. The bathroom is slippery, seems like the staff use soap to wash but did not wash it off. Plus, my card was double charged. Message the property but they given email address and phone number but is not contactable for me to send over the credit card payment screenshot. Then only asked me to contact booking.com customer service. Bad experience at all. Will not come again.
