Pros:

Hyvä ja runsas aamupala. Aula ja ruokailutila kauniita ympäristöjä. Huoneen siivouksesta huolehdittiin.

Cons:

Välimatka Veronan keskustaan olisi voinut olla lyhyempikin , koska kävin siellä usein. Bussiyhteys kuitenkin ok.
Henkilökunnan palveluasenteen pisteytän yhden työntekijän käytöksestä johtuen 7/10, pari muuta oli aidommin hyvällä energialla liikenteessä. Hyvä asiakaspalveluasenne on todella tärkeä asia minulle. Vieraan tulee tuntea, että on tervetullut.

Colazione buona e abbondante. Cosa dire? Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, se capiterà nuovamente in zona, tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel.

Breakfast was good, the staff, nice and helpful ladies, a supermarket not far from the hotel.

Cons:

Far from downtown Verona where major attractions, bars and restaurants are located, buses or cabs are necessary to get fast to the city center, once on the bus, it takes 20 minutes but the schedules between buses takes longer and swimming pool was not open since the temperature was reaching 38 to 40 Celsius.

Quando siamo arrivati alla reception c'era un uomo, di cui non so il nome, che è stato davvero molto accogliente e preciso nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, camera pulita, colazione abbondante, la struttura è bella fuori e ben arredata al interno, posizione comodissima per il centro, letto molto comodo.

Cons:

La camera nelle foto sembrava più carina, è solo un parere estetico personale.
