Location is great. Very close to many attraction places.

Cons:

Air conditioner was set to 16 degrees Celcius, but it wasn't that cold at all. Iron and ironing board are shared per floor. The bed is very low, lower than knee height.

The air conditioner was completely broken and not cooling at all. I called a technician, but the first repair attempt failed. It was only after the technician's second visit that the room stayed cool until morning. Unfortunately, the air conditioner stopped working again and remained warm until check-out."

Pros:

near ayer keroh and mitc melaka

Cons:

The room is old and decent. Toilet and shower poorly old. Need refurbished new.
Front desk staff need more friendly and smile. Kudos intern maintenance boy to fast solve the problem at shower door holder.

Pros:

Staff ok.bilik bersih.kolam best.

Cons:

bantai sakit kepala sbb bantal besar guna pillowcase kecik. Terlalu padat jadi keras dan menyakitkan utk tidur. Pengurusan sampah agak x memuaskan.. laluan dari lif ke pool ,very bad smell. Harap boleh improve.

Good luck to those who stay
Pros:

Only like the location to golf course.

Cons:

All malay centric food within walking distance. The pillows are sausage pillows and can’t be used. The shower facilities are broken and leaking everywhere .this place is surviving bcos of govt seminars. The hotel itself is not worth the money.
