Nos recibieron muy amables aunque el lugar no fue fácil localizarlo

They are trying to run this small hotel remotely. it doesnt work. During my stay, I never saw a clerk or maid. I called the number, but it went to voicemal which was full. Message on hotels.com were not answered. At the airport I received a msg that they needed more info. I was unable to respond in flight. On the way to PdC, I nervously triied to respond, not knowing if I had a room on rainy nite.
The AC could not be lowered and no blanket was provided.
THe property itself is not bad.

Booked 3 nights at this location in Playa Del Carmen, México. Overall a good place to stay in, I booked the shared room (4 people) but there were no other guests in the room so this made it even better. Equipped with a personal kitchen and a mini refrigerator although did not get time to use any of the amenities. Silverware were also provided. Check in can be a hassle if done last minute online, so I advice others to check in well in advance as the check in process is only online and you have to upload a document (passport or ID) number and your credit card details. Team was quick in responding on WhatsApp as I had a hard time checking in but they were courteous. No employees on site. For the price, I think it was an alright place and for a few nights would not hesitate coming back although location is a few km away from the ADO and the main city center

Not a good idea to booked a room without AIR CONDITIONING I have to change the room after a few days and of course paying extra , very good lacation to relax and very close to the beach , the BIG PLUS is the Beach Club I loved it, it will be nice if the room is clean every day also the towels need to be change every day

Good for price & close to beach and restaurants- Will come back.

It looks nothing like the pictures, smells like chemicals, loud construction noise next door.

There was construction on the building next to the hotel. We were woken up every morning at 7 am by the noise of the construction. On the website «  Expedia » there are pictures of a pool and sun chairs, but they aren't from the hotel, they are from a beach club nearby in which you have to pay for the acess. There are different prices, for the sun chairs and for the entry to the pool. We were very disappointed. The space is not as shown on the pictures. The bed sheets and the towels weren't changed often. The price is way to high for what the hotel has to offer. We werent soupossed to stay on that hotel. Expedia made a mistake with our first reservation, and they didn’t helped to much for the other reservation and they gave us aqua marina as hotel. We had a very bad experience with the hotel and the reservations.

Aquamarina suites is a cute little boutique hotel just off of 5th Avenue, on a side street mixed with some nice apartments and some local residences. It’s in a really great location for exploring the shops, restaurants, and beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable with a queen size bed for two people, although we would have preferred two beds and two sets of keys because we weren’t a couple. Unfortunately the noise from the street below really travelled and we would often hear dogs barking and construction. The air conditioning was good, but it did get cold at night with only a sheet provided as a cover, so we would have to turn it off. We would stay here again because it’s a good deal, cozy little place, and the location is ideal but earplugs are needed.

En general es bueno, solo que llegamos en plenas reformas de hotel, el club de playa si bien no se cobra la entrada es demasiado caro para el servicio que ofrecen y ejercen demasiada presión para que se consuma a precios que están mucho mas allá de lo que puede salir la renta de un camastro y una sombrilla... ya que el resto de las instalaciones de este Club como la alberca cuesta 500 pesos por persona, creo que el hotel es digamos un tanto modesto como para tener convenio con un club de playa tan exclusivo y caro... debo destacar la amabilidad y simpatía del personal de la administración, atentas, educadas... buen servicio...

La suite muy cómoda y limpia al igual que la cama. Buena ubicación tanto del centro (5ta Av) como de la playa.
Tuvimos problemas con el check in, pero se solucionaron. Las dos chicas de la administración muy atentas y cordiales siempre. El dueño nunca se hizo presente para una disculpa en referencia al check in. Lo hizo a través de su empleada administrativa...
Solo eso para objetar. Lo demás estuvo correcto.

La atención es muy amable, brindan toda la información que necesites, buena ubicación si quieres tranquilidad pero al mismo tiempo cerca de todo

Dark! Loud! Unsafe! Very dirty rooms with old appliances. It was so bad I had to book another hotel immediately. Upon canceling they did not return my fee. The next day I received a $100 unauthorized transaction from the company.

Spacious and cozy room with a mini open kitchen , equipped with a coffee machine, a toaster, a fridge and an oven. Cooking and eating utensils are provided. An air-conditioner and a fan are installed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shopping areas, nice restaurants and the beach.

Location is convenient (one block away from CTM Av) and you can easily get to 5ta Avenida from there. Rooms are clean. Room are spacious and internet is available.

In general terms, you get a very good value for your price.
