Ontbijt was vers maar zeer weinig keuze. Personeel was vriendelijk enkel aan de receptie viel het wat tegen.
De man aan de receptie was niet vriendelijk. Kregen geen uitleg over alles.
das Bad war groß, mit Dusche und Badewanne und lichtdurchflutet, das Vierbettzimmer war ausreichend groß. Bett war sehr bequem und groß, Supermarkt gegenüber, Strandpromenade gleich beim Hotel
Sitzmöglichkeiten haben gefehlt, Betten für Kinder sehr hoch, Gefahr des Rausfallens groß, Frühstück war typisch italienisch eher einfach; Anfang April haben wenige Restaurants geöffnet, Ort war sehr ruhig;
Die Einrichtung des Hotels entspricht dem heutigen Standart eines 4 - Sterne Hotels. Die Lage ist perfekt. Mein Zimmer und die Einrichtung waren auch super. Von den multiblen Funktionen der Dusche, inkl. Massagefunktion, bin ich begeistert. Die Aussicht vom Hotel Balkon hat mir auch gefallen. Es war vom Wetter her leider zu kalt um im Pool oder im Meer baden zu gehen. Am meisten hat mir die "Ruhe Areal" im Gang gut gefallen. Ansonsten waren das Personal sehr nett, höflich und hilfsbereit vor allem der eine ältere Herr vom Hotelrestaurant wo mich beim Abendessen bediente und der andere ältere Herr wo mich beim Frühstück bediente, welcher bemerkte, dass ich im Hotel bin um meine Ruhe und meinen Frieden zu haben vom Alltagsstress. Vielen herzlichen Dank an die werten Herren für Ihren sehr aufmerksamen, höflichen und hilfsbereiten Service.
The hotel's facilities meet the current standards of a 4-star hotel. The location is perfect. My room and its furnishings were also excellent. I was thrilled with the shower's multiple functions, including the massage function. I also enjoyed the view from the hotel balcony. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to swim in the pool or the sea. What I liked most was the "quiet area" in the hallway. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, especially the older gentleman who served me at dinner and the other older gentleman who served me at breakfast, who noticed that I was at the hotel seeking peace and quiet away from the stresses of everyday life. Many thanks to the gentlemen for their very attentive, polite and helpful service.
Le strutture dell'hotel soddisfano gli standard attuali di un hotel a 4 stelle. La posizione è perfetta. Anche la mia camera e i suoi arredi erano eccellenti. Sono rimasta entusiasta delle molteplici funzioni della doccia, inclusa la funzione massaggio. Ho apprezzato anche la vista dal balcone dell'hotel.
Es wäre einfach super gewesen, wenn sich das Personal vom Housekeeping sich an die "Ruhezone" im Gang gehalten hätte, anstatt von ihrem Reinigungsraum aus so lautstark zu plaudern, so dass sie mich jeden Morgen während meines Aufenthaltes geweckt haben und immer dieses Türezuknallen vom Housekeeping nachdem sie ein Zimmer gereinigt haben. Sogar der Staubsauger ist leiser. Housekeeping Team bitte die werten Damen, reguliert beim PLaudern die Lautstärke oder macht bitte die Tür vom Reinigungsraum zu, wenn Sie miteinander lautstark reden wollen.
Es wäre auch gut, wenn ich nicht die Rezeption darum bitten muss dem Housekeeping zu beten den Boden im Zimmer zu saugen, mir frische Tücher zu bringen und das Toilettenpapier aufzufüllen. Solche Sachen gehören für mich in einem 4 - Sterne Hotel zum Service dazu.
Es wäre gut, wenn die Türen auch aussen an der Tür eine Türklinke hätten, damit nicht alle die Türzuknallen und wenn man schreckhaft ist, einen halben Herzinfarkt bekommt.
It would have been wonderful if the housekeeping staff had respected the "Silence Area" by the floor, instead of chatting so loudly from their cleaning room, which woke me up every morning during my stay, and the constant slamming of doors after cleaning a room. Even the vacuum cleaner is quieter. Housekeeping team kindly request that ladies please regulate the volume when chatting or close the door to the cleaning room if they wish to speak loudly to each other.
It would also be nice if I didn't have to ask reception to request that housekeeping vacuum the floor in my room, bring me fresh towels, and refill the toilet paper. For me, these kinds of things are part of the service in a 4-star hotel.
It would be good if the doors also had a door handle on the outside, so that not everyone slams the door and, if you're easily startled, has a minor heart attack.

The breakfast quality and breakfast staff was excellent. Room was large, clean and well maintained.
The overnight manager was combative and nasty . Very disrespectful to guest paying four hundred fifty euro a night for a room .When a guest asks for coffee at six a m.. get over your coffee hours fixation and bad attitude The morning desk manager was also a very rude and dishonest . Attempted to rip me off with the credit card machine and was very argumentative. Both desk managers were horrible. Won't be back to this place
