L'emplacement et la vue...c'est malheureusement tout

Cons:

Hotel en travaux....réception lamentable, nonchalance de la personne à la réception, odeur d égouts émanant je crois de la salle de bain, rideau non occultant et ne couvrant que la moitié de la fenêtre alors que le jour se lève à 4h30 en juin...
Petit déjeuner assez sommaire...et je dois en oublier..!!

The place is basic and simple, yet very clean and convenient. Staff kind and helpfull.
We loved the location and the welcoming. Rooms are large and nice

Breakfast was poor. No real selection, not enough hot water. We hardly ate anything

Pros:

Great location and service! Super comfortable rooms with an amazing view of the the old city centre and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Definitely would recommend, and will be going again!

Cons:

Just wish I stayed longer.

Séjour cher et peu confortable.
Pros:

La jeune femme à l'accueil étais très gentil, aimable et très arrangeante.

Cons:

Malheureusement il y avait de la saleté sur les murs, de la poussière a en faire des dessins sur les bords de fenêtre, des miettes au sol près des tables de chevets.
Dans le lit des cheveux...
Le petit déjeuner était symbolique.
Après avoir passé 10 jours en Géorgie et chaque nuit dans différents hôtels, celui-ci était le plus cher et le moins bien ...

Pros:

I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely clean and very well maintained – you can immediately see that hygiene and order are taken seriously here. The entire property is beautifully designed and offers many nice places to relax and feel comfortable.

I especially appreciated the very nice location and peaceful surroundings , perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The view was also exceptional and made the stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were consistently very friendly, helpful, and professional. I always felt welcome, and the service was quick and reliable.

The food was really good and varied, everything tasted fresh and was nicely presented.

Honestly, I cannot understand why there are so many negative comments, as my personal experience was completely different and very positive throughout.

Overall, a highly recommended hotel with great cleanliness, friendly staff, good food, and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely come back again.

good value for money if the pool were working. Overpriced otherwise
Pros:

View, interior design, location were great. Breakfast was decent

Cons:

Pool was closed though during the booking process it was available. There were no bathrobes. Shower gel and shampoo seemed used.

On the photos it was better than in real, old furniture. Location was good.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed was so old that it sagged in the middle. It was impossible to sleep. I have attached a photo where you can see the bed. The breakfast for a 4-star hotel was very modest.

Good location, mostly helpful staff but more effort needed with breakfast
Pros:

Two of the staff were particularly helpful getting me taxis. Good location

Cons:

Breakfast was very average. The fruit looked days old. 5 large black rubbish bags left outside my room for the first 24 hours - not good

Pros:

The location of the hotel is 10/10, the balconies overlook the old city of Mtskheta.

Cons:

We had to change the room because of the strange smell in it , still the second room wasn't a huge update, the voices from the water tubes was noticable ALL THE TIME .
The cup plates were dirty in our room, so it really discouraged us to use any other things on the table
