MAI PIU'. Esperienza paranormale, hotel abbandonato, Telefono staccato. Ci abbiamo rimesso i soldi.

nulla, abbiamo prenotato per due notti, ci hanno chiamato per confermare arrivo alle 15.00, all'arrivo non c'era nessuno. Non c'era neanche il parcheggio pubblicizzato. Abbiamo contattato Booking e aspettato sotto la pioggia e il freddo oltre un'ora. Nessuno. Alla fine Booking ci ha promesso un rimborso, comunque la metà circa della cifra pagata, SCANDALOSO!!!!!. Ce ne siamo dovuti andare.

La posizione è centrale comoda per visitare a piedi Modica.

Cons:

La camera non era pulita. Vetro crepato della finestra L accesso alla struttura in auto non è comoda la via è stretta a doppio senso senza uscita.

In una delle scalinate più belle del mondo

La posizione, la struttura esterna, il personale gentile e cordiale.

Cons:

La struttura è molto bella ma purtroppo carente dí manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria. Andrebbe effettuato un importante restyling, per sfruttare a pieno tutte le potenzialità di questo luogo.

Amazing location and an even better experience. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond and handled every request we had with genuine care and speed. The service and hospitality were well above expectations. Special thanks to Lorenzo at reception. He is an absolute star, and our stay simply would not have been the same without him.

Cordialità dello staff e posizione dell'hotel davvero centrale. Qualità del riscaldamento all'interno della camera top e insonorizzazione della stessa per i rumori da fuori.

Cons:

Stato manutentivo della camera nel suo complesso carente (porta sapone doccia distaccato, lavabo in camera con parti di rivestimento saltate). Sala colazione priva di riscaldamento, circostanza alquanto anomala a dicembre.

La struttura ha tantissimo potenziale essendo in pieno centro ed è anche molto bella.. il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, anche fornendoci indicazioni per tornare ( c’erano i festeggiamenti del capodanno e hanno chiuso la strada principale )

Non sembra curata! Sporcizia! La pulizia era il minimo indispensabile…Abbiamo trovato calzini sporchi, capelli nella doccia..avremmo dovuto soggiornare 2 notti ma appena mio figlio minore ha trovato un verme siamo andati via… l’addetto alle pulizie lasciava scopa e paletta ( decisamente usurate e sporche)all’interno dell ascensore

Il design dell’hotel è estremamente interessante, mantenuto però in uno stato di avanzato decadimento. Ero in una doppia superior: porta della doccia sostituita con una non all’altezza ed installata malamente, rubinetti mal fissati, materasso non all’altezza del livello dell’hotel. I miei ospiti nelle altre camere hanno sofferto problemi similari (vetro della finestra rotto, moquette in uno stato improponibile, etc.) Peccato
