Pros:

This hotel is relatively new and you can see they have expanded in recent years, some of the facilities were not fully utilized yet. The pool area was lively and beautiful. The balcony views are incredible. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. The food was delicious. They have a winery and a tasting room right on property. Most importantly- the staff was super friendly!

The only two things I would say, and they were not really bad: first, the walls were a little thin so I could hear people up and down the halls at all hours. Second, it is relatively isolated, so if you do not have your own car, it can be difficult to get around though I was set up with a nice taxi for the day.

Pros:

It was very good hotel. Clean and nice room with great mountain view. Excellent food. We had breakfast included. Great variaty of delicious food. Also we visited restaurant for dinner. Food was great. Clean pool and sauna.

On their way to being a luxury boutique hotel
Pros:

It's a great place - sit by the pool and relax on a nice warm day. Nice new construction and great rooms, this hotel has a great physical plant. They need to take the service up a notch though - the staff really seems to care, but they don't always keep on top of everything they should. But if you're proactive and ask for what you want/need, you'll get it, no problem.

Highly recommended in the area - there are only a couple places that even match this standard.
