Pros:

It has a great view.
I arrived a day earlier than the group, but I had to pay for my own taxi, a higher rate than the group rate plus I had trouble getting drinking water in my room.

Incompetent at every level
Pros:

Horrible treatment from staff as payment was not received from hotels.com. Staff too incompetent to query this with their provider and denied access to my room. Was made to feel like a criminal despite having a confirmed booking reservation that was paid for. They should have never made a billing dispute with hotels.com the problem of a guest. Food service is very slow. Airconditioning did not work and no effort was made to repair it. Shower head keeps falling off and hits you in the head. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Pros:

This is a smart hotel in a nice part of Kigali. I liked the size of the room and the gold trim on the ceiling gave it a Regal feel. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was nice. The swimming pool was a good size. I enjoyed the surrounding area as there were lots of retail outlets around and I had my hair cut at a local saloon. The hotel is within walking distance of the Genocide Memorial and the whole place is very picturesque.

Hotrel belle vu coté piscine mais uniquement fais pour voyage courte durées
le we impossible de se reposer trop de bruit prés de la piscine
