Hice una reserva de 3 días me escribieron al WhatsApp antes de llegar y cuando llegue me recibieron todo bien hasta el el momento yo solo llegué a dejar el equipaje y ducharme me fui u regresé a las 7 de la mañana del día siguiente a las 12 de medio día me tocaron la puerta a decirme que ya tenía que irme fui a recepción a preguntar y me dijeron que pensaron que yo había llegado por ventanilla y que lo que había pagado que es el mismo valor de la reserva de tres días me lo cobraron por una noche y que si quería quedarme tenía que volver a pagar y cambiarme de habitación no sé si fue un error o lo hicieron como estrategia pero quedé muy disgustada y molesta

si me hubiese opedado en el hotel que reserve, pero le rentaron a otras persona las habitaciones reservada y nos cobraron como si el otro hotel donde nos enviaron tenia la misma tarifa y calidad y no lo fue.

Regular, falta mucho por mejorar
Pros:

La atención de la persona de la recepción y que tenía parqueadero.

Cons:

Las instalaciones no se encontraban limpias y el desayuno fatal, la persona que nos atendió fue muy cortante no se le podía preguntar nada. Mala atención.

Pros:

La ducha fría me encanta el agua fría

Cons:

El baño tenía algún defecto menor pero nada que no se pueda reparar el barandal de la toalla estaba despegado. Pudieron dar más de un frasco pequeño de champú almenos 2 teniendo en cuenta que éramos un matrimonio y ese tipo de cosas se gasta solo con la mujer al tener más pelo. Pero aún así todo fue perfecto
