La ubicación ya que está a pocos kilómetros de mi apartamento etcétera

Cons:

No me gustó que en esta ocasión que volví me cobraron más dinero del precio original que decía la aplicación de Booking aproximadamente 600 pesos adicionales y el desayuno es básico y dicen que empiezan a darlo a la 7 Pero realmente es a la 8

También dice que tienen balcón pero no tiene tampoco terraza etcétera

Buen hotel, limpio, buena ubicación, con parqueo y muy buen precio

Buena ubicación. Buen precio. Limpio, completo. Excelente restaurant.

Cons:

Las mujeres de la limpieza a los gritos desde las 7:00 AM, golpeando cosas y comunicándose entre ellas a los gritos sin ningún límite ni respeto por el horario y los huéspedes.

DE NADA. PAGAMOS O CAFÉ MAS NAO EXISTIA CAFÉ. PÉSSIMO, SEM LIMPEZA DE QUARTO, SEM LENÇOIS , E TOALHAS UM ABSURDO, AQUILO NÃO É HOTEL.

Cons:

Bem, estadia péssima, foi a pior que fiquei até hoje. Reservei pelo booking um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e com café, não tinha. Nos mandou para outro hotel Maison Gauteraux muito pior. Tivemos que pagar no hotel Santander (diz ser 3 estrelas) no Booking mas foi (0000 estrela). Ridículo. O rapaz da recepção mal educado, falou que quebrou a máquina e devíamos pagar dólar em espécie. Fomos ao hotel Maison: 40 graus direto, não tinha chuveiro apenas uma bica, papel higiênico, frigobar ( só um, freezer na cozinha imunda, que água virava pedra de gelo. 17 dias sem limpeza do quarto, sem trocar lençóis e toalhas de banho e toalha de rosto não tinha deram um tapete de chão, como era branco usamos. Ar condicionado funcionava as vezes, TV não funcionava. Limpeza zero. Nos sentimos lesadas.
