Birthday Stay 🥳
Pros:

Beautiful & large property, great location, I loved the fact that we can walk to city centre and explore town. Breakfast is great, staff always available. Netflix available 💯 Fantastic stay, will recommend everyone that visit Manchester. 😊

Cons:

Didn’t have slippers for the pool for our room. Robe also should have provided for the price.

Clean and good place for the city.

Cons:

Came for a 1 night break. My son who's 18 and disabled went for a night away. Always come here and both jacuzzies in both buildings we're of one of my favourite things I look forward to. So properly gutted.

A place to definitely return to.

The team members were very friendly and supportive. The building was very clean, quiet and located in an excellent area of the city.

Nice view. Good location. Good size

Cons:

Filthy stained sofa. Ridiculous check in process where you have to bring ID, physical card (that's not amex) and pay deposit. They don't tell you all this ahead of time. Very rude staff
4pm check in is too late. 11am check out. More time would be better

Overall a wonderful stay - will definitely return and use again!
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was really delicious.

Cons:

Steam room was too hot (unbearable after 1 minute)!! Toilet was leaking slightly. Some crazy residents across the hallway shouting in and out of their room.

A perfect city break, so much choice for food and bars plus shopping and a beautiful cathedral to visit.
Pros:

Very convenient for the city, great apartment with the added extra of a lovely pool and hot tub. Restaurant onsite. We were at a show and this location was fab!
