Weekly cleans are provided for stays over 7 nights, for stays less than 7 nights no housekeeping will be provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.

Any items left behind in the apartments and/or public areas will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the departure date. Items will be given to charity unless claimed within the specified time frame.

Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary.

Baby cots can be provided free of charge subject to availability. Extra beds are not available, however extra bedding can be provided at a GBP 15 extra fee, subject to availability. clean and great atmosphere absolutely loved my Stay

Cons:

We had included breakfast for our stay
But unfortunately there was only 3 waitress so we had to wait one hour and then whilst being served they kept forgetting our order I would suggest as it’s a beautiful busy place they definitely need to hire more staff overall it’s absolutely amazing experience

Won’t be staying here again, it’s a shame as it was one of my favourite Manchester apartments
Pros:

Nice rooms, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Very unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Left over food in the fridge from previous people staying
