Weekly cleans are provided for stays over 7 nights, for stays less than 7 nights no housekeeping will be provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.
Any items left behind in the apartments and/or public areas will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the departure date. Items will be given to charity unless claimed within the specified time frame.

There are two elevators, One of the elevators was out of service.
In general, the stay was amazing.
Everything you could possibly need in the apartment, loved the pool and the food was amazing.
The staff reassured me there would be towels in the pool, so didn’t bring my own. And the ones in there were all over the floor and used with none clean. I had to walk through the hotel to ask for new ones. They said they’d bring out new ones and they didn’t bother. I had to go back out wet to get them myself. The staff at the restaurant were amazing though, just not so much help from front desk…
Beds comfortable, apartment modern and clean, staff friendly. We had a problem with aircon not working and were given an alternative apartment no problem. Breakfast was nice and fresh with a great selection and table service. Swimming pool was great. Would recommend and would stay again if in Manchester.

It was very clean and accommodating. The views were breath taking.
Loved the cook feature as it is very safe, just a bit hard to use if you’re not familiar. Overall it was very nice. Also love the fact that the pool closes that late (~10pm) which was very convenient as i check in late.
The smell of the Bathroom could be better for sure. It had a very strong smell of the tubes or whatever. It was unbearable, to the point I didn’t want to use the toilet but had no choice.
Remarkably large and very well appointed apartment! Very good place indeed, and location is terrific. The service was excellent. The restaurant cooking was surprisingly good, and the Included breakfast was full and good (although the coffee at breakfast seemed to be basic filter coffee despite being served in different espresso sizes :) ). Don't hesitate.

Good size room and excellent location
Late check in 4pm that too late for the price! Curtains not working or the bedside light! One lift out of order the whole stay! Breakfast was awful staff were not attentive and couldn’t have been bothered with anyone! Food disgusting inedible we left everything! I would have complained to someone if they’d given me an ounce of attention!

Location
Pool side had dirty towels all over the floor the changing rooms were not clean! There was no clean towels in the pool shelf’s and my partner had to go and ask for them. Put me of my stay and I ended going home only a couple of hours after I checked in. Compared to city’s suites 2 I probably wouldn’t want to stay here again.
How helpful everyone was and the quality of the rooms
The breakfast. It was cold (should have been hot) the drinks came after we finished eating. No understanding of whether we had allergies.
