Weekly cleans are provided for stays over 7 nights, for stays less than 7 nights no housekeeping will be provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.

The stay was generally good, good breakfast and spacious rooms.
Customer service is however wanting. I had unfortunate encounter with a gentleman who was manning the reception on Saturday 18th July 2026, i found him unbelievably rude, utterly condescending and arrogant to me as a guest. Such a shame for such a good hotel to have such people working for them.
Great location and large rooms. levators were fast, didn't wait long. Pool was great.
Hallway carpets little dirty. Waswhing machine broke.

Had issues with Air condition not cooling
I was told house keeping cleans every 3 days meaning no cleaning was done throughout my stay. And the hotel says they do not provide extra towels

The room was clean but could have been better in our opinion, for example the coffee table had marks from previous drinks on. Fridge had an odd smell.
The TV was awful! Can only assume it was a WiFi TV, & it kept "dropping out". I must have rebooted about 25 times !! Rather annoying. When I spoke to reception they said it was because so many people watching TV for the game.
The bed was uncomfortable
