Quiete location
The surrounding of the hotel is very dirty and depressing!

I liked everything great location
The porter was really helpful when we arrived, took our luggage to the room. Very friendly.
Room was a big size and bed very comfortable
The lobby area and room was riddled with mosquitos. The hotel is all open downstairs so I suppose can't be helped, however they should do something to combat it. Pool area wasn't very clean at all.

On my arrival on reception was lady that was not so pleasant.. just did not like the way she treated me. Upon departure was another lady andcthat one was perfect
The hotel is located on a quiet street and has a swimming pool.
Just 7 minutes walk to the beach. Good breakfast.
The staff was helpful and nice.
The price is a bit high for an average hotel in this area. And they charge extra for everything: breakfast 200 baht, early check-in and late check-out 100 baht per hour.

Not the best location.
Old property bit well maintained
The staff charged 2000 TBH for potty stains on tue duvet and crayons from by 6 months old infant and 6 year old daughter. These stains could be easily washed. If u r with kids avoid this property.
Relatively new, clean, decor was decent, staff was cool, golf cart shuttle.
A bit of a hike from beach for price, towel was stained, neighbors and cleaning crew were loud.

The place was advertised as having balcony and a pool , so I paid more to have this .
When I got there , the balcony was tiny with fencing and huge water bottles as my view . The pool was a plastic framed pool with broken wood around the edge . See pics
Great pool, breakfast buffet and friendly staff. I would have stayed longer, but they were fully booked!
