The staff was friendly and really the only positive I could give. Slight positives were the location and the bed was "comfortable". The reason the bed was "comfortable" in quotes is because it was soft but the lack of cleanliness and bugs killed what comfort there was from the softness of it.
The place was filthy. There is old and then there is dirty, this place seemed to be old and dirty. It takes all but two seconds to clean cobwebs but my room had several. Spiders, ants, and other bugs were commonplace, the mirrors still had stains...the place seemed like they maybe made up the bed and that's it. My room compared to the pretty pictures they show were like night and day.
No breakfast.
Close to where we needed to be, 5 minutes to the mall and walking distance to good BBQ.

It wasn’t clean. Terribly small. The shower didn’t work. It was a horrible place to stay. Mosquitoes were buzzing in the room. The window air conditioner was loud. Roosters were crowing at 2:00 am.
