מלון מאוד יפה, מתוחזק, ברמה, ארוחת בוקר מצוינת, הכל נקי ומסודר, חדר מעולה. היינו רק לילה אחד אבל מאוד נהננו, מיטות נוחות, מזגן, מגבות, מקלחת- הכל מעולה. מקום נעים. הוא קצת רחוק מהקאוסן למי שזה חשוב לו. בהחלט מומלץ למי שלא חשוב לו להיות קרוב לקאוסן
חדר קצת חשוך
The location is nice to be close to the Grand Palace and the surrounding area.
The address on Maps on the phone says some other location nearby to get to this hotel. I always had to type in "Siam Champss Wood Bar and Cafe" to get to my hotel (whether I was walking or taking a Grab/Bolt). It was confusing for Grab/Bolt drivers. When I asked for recommendations at the front desk for any food nearby or anything they recommended to do in the area, I received no recommendations from anyone at the front desk (although I did my own research of course as well).
The front desk personnel could be more helpful in this regard in giving kind recommendations, especially for someone who is in Thailand for the first time.
In the room I was in, there is an alleyway behind the hotel that can be quite noisy, and the windows are not well-insulated, so I had to use ear plugs at night in order to sleep in case of random noises that could wake me up.
Lastly, they could be more responsiveness on Booking when customers message them ahead of time asking specific questions. I was ignored most of the time, even when I did kind follow-ups to try to get answers to simple, but important questions.
The location is great, you can easily access by walking many places. They let us check-in earlier than usual that made over experience better and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful
I would say that our room needed some renovation already, it looked nice but pretty old so some things weren’t so nice as they potentially could be. The floor was pretty dirty, so my socks got quickly dirty when i started to walk there
La situation géographique
Les travaux sous notre fenêtre tous les soirs jusqu’à minuit …
- Staffs were very friendly and helpful but I don’t understand why they don’t answer emails?!
- there are very good massage a few steps away from the hotel, not expensive but it’d be even cheaper if you book online in advance.
- there are many restaurants and cafes in the area even tho you’ll have to walk at least 10 mins. A Michelin pad thai restaurant is 10 minutes away but we had bad luck, couldn’t even try it. Their restaurant was fully booked the whole lunch the last day we were there. Probably should call them in advance if you wanna eat there.
- it’s a boutique hotel so everything is small 😂 the bed is small even for me. And hard. It was not comfortable but the worst was the pillow. I’m an easy sleeper but I couldn’t sleep with their pillow. I had to borrow some towels to make my own pillow but the next day the cleaning staffs took them away lol
- there was a window in my room but looks like cannot open and also not a great view.
- distance to Khao San road is farer than expected. About 15 minutes walk.
- price on booking was 50€/ night but on their website it was 33€/ night! That’s why things were not so great. But all in all, if I go to Bangkok again, I’d still choose here and book directly with the hotel!
Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά σε ναούς, μουσεία και την Khao San Road. Καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια με Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, τηλεόραση και μίνι ψυγείο. Φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, όπως επίσης καλή σχέση τιμής-ποιότητας για την περιοχή.
El hotel estaba bien ubicado y se veía bastante nuevo.
El ascensor era demasiado lento.
The bedroom we eventually ended up in was comfortable. The location was close to a number of the sights. It is not very expensive compared to European hotels
The staff were very unhelpful and inflexible. Despite knowing we had been waiting a long time to check in they deliberately kept us waiting even though the rooms were prepared much earlier. I don’t like having to pay a physical deposit. The breakfast is of poor quality and the coffee machine was faulty. We originally booked a Junior suite but had to change as there was no shower, despite there being one shown in the photos. When we complained we were moved but told to take the issue up with Booking.com directly. Overall, a disappointing experience xxx

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean.
The shower/bath water didn’t go hot or cold it was just an in between temperature and didn’t change.
