Panphuree Residence

We came in after 11 PM. The shuttle picked us up and dropped us under a covered entry to the hotel. It was raining heavily, but we stayed dry. Service was great, to the point I felt a little guilty. We were shuttled back to the airport at 7:30AM, so not much to report, except first impressions.

Not a place I would choose to vacation, but for convenience to and from the airport, I would highly recommend. It was less than 10 minutes travel time. They have it down with shuttles every half hour. Beds were comfortable. The tile floors and halls were a little unusual, but all worked well. We had breakfast upstairs at the pool level, not fancy, but quite nice.

Decent room at a fantastic price - if you have an early flight this is a brilliant option

Perfect for a 1 night stay, close to the airport and has all the basic needs.

Close to 7eleven, restaurants, laundry, airport and taxi services. Bed was comfortable but shower water was lukewarm.

Friendly staff. Relaxed vibe for a pleasant family stay.

If your wanting a place to overnight either before or after a flight this is a great hotel.

Great - close to the airport.

I liked it because it was close to the airport and lovely staff. I did not like my hot breakfast that was cold every day. Outside evening meal dining area under a gazebo needs a path that is even and sealed so your feet do not become water logged.

All good for an overnight stop…upstairs bed was great for 18 year old kid

The staff are very nice and attentive. The driver picked us up on time from the airport. It only took 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The staff helped bring our luggage to our hotel and rooms. Approximately 10 feet away from the hotel is a laundrymat that is open 24 hours for self service.
I didn’t like the food options for breakfast but that's okay because there are restaurants, a pharmacy, and a 7 eleven store that is approximately 5 minutes walk away. There is a beautiful beach that is 6 minutes drive away too. The hotel was accommodating and nice enough to drive our family to the beach and drop us off during their hourly shuttle. However, we need to find our own ride back to the hotel, which is fine.
The other hotels that I stayed in has a bathtub that is high so it was hard to get in and out of the bathtub. This hotel only has a shower stall. It also has a complete glass door that opens and shuts, thus water doesn't go all over the place when we shower.
I wanted to swim in the rooftop pool. Sadly, we were so busy visiting places in Phuket that I didn’t get a chance to swim in the rooftop pool. I give this hotel a 5/5 stars.

Perfect airport hotel. Great free shuttle service. Very clean, modern and value for money. Comfortable bed. Included buffet breakfast adequate. Excellent facilities with pool and on site Spa.

This was a decent hotel. Nothing terrible or bad about it. We stayed for a day and the staff was kind. We enjoyed our stay. It’s more of a rest your weary head in a decently clean place more so than anything else.

The rooms are very clean, bright and spacious, and very affordable. The pool is well maintained and dining options are not disappointing. Staff are always happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible and nothing is a problem to them. My husband and I have stayed twice at the lovely Pamphuree Residence and will definitely return. Close and handy to Phuket Airport - another happy bonus! Thank you to all the helpful and cheerful staff!

Close to the airport, modern rooms large beds. Pool is great and breakfast included was a bonus

Room was clean , and the room was small

The room was nice. The air-conditioning worked good, the building had an elevator, but removing the key when you leave, it’s not a good idea for the air conditioning. The only real problem I found with this place was the girls attitude at the desk. She was not very friendly or hospitable.!
