Je recommande totalement cet hôtel !
Pros:

Hôtel proche de la gare JR (3mn à pied) à côté de la rue animée, tout en étant très calme. Egalement à 10mn à pied du château de Matsumoto.
Personnel très serviable pour l'envoi des bagages.
Petit déj dans le restaurant en bas très complet et bon.
Chambre propre, immense et très confortable. Un point particulier : un très grand bureau où poser ses affaires, ce qui est assez rare !

Good location
Pros:

Good location close to station and easy walk to the castle. Washing machines available on 2 floors and you can even check their progress on the TV screen. Also one microwave. Great blackout curtains,! We didn't eat breakfast there so can't comment.

Cons:

Poor room design meant the double bed is against the wall on one side which makes for uncomfortable exit in middle of the night. It took a while to work out the lighting controls.

Pros:

Stanza molto ampia per tre persone. Letti comodi. Vicino alla stazione dei treni, quindi molto comodo. Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli e cominciato a visitare la città. Varie amenities, non mancava nulla! Persino la maschera per il viso!

Excellent stay, but messy breakfast I'd skip next time
Pros:

Excellent location, very welcoming reception, good amenities, quiet and decently spacious room.

Cons:

Breakfast was crowded and messy on both mornings, with too many people elbowing each-other around the small buffet, a lot of noise, foods dropped on the floor or in other food bowls etc. Also the dishes were not clean.
