The location is perfect, a 5 minutes walk from the central station, in the center of all the movement in the city, and 15-minute walk from Matsumoto Castle.

The staff is very helpful and sympathetic.

The room was very comfortable.

Comfortabel hotel in centrum
Pros:

Centraal gelegen hotel, ruime, schone kamer en dito badkamer. Voortreffelijke bedden en geen geluid van overige gasten. Het is een eco hotel waarbij je zelf kunt bepalen of je kamer en badkamer wordt gepoetst en/of je bed wordt opgemaakt. Wel elke dag schone handdoeken. Heeft prima parkeervoorziening (lift).

Hotel is in a good location but uncomfortable beds.
Pros:

Good location for station and to see town and castle.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable. We stayed in a number of hotels and this was the worst.

Close to main line station. Staff spot on. Hotel clean and welcoming.

Cons:

Rooms a little small by European standards but seems normal in Japan.
