Court séjour à Matsumoto
Pros:

Calme et près de la gare. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier vivant et riche en petits restaurants bon marché. La chambre était confortable, bien que de petite taille, mais bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est très correct et varié pour un prix raisonnable.

Excellent Stay in Matsumoto with Warm Hospitality
Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay at Richmond Hotel Matsumoto and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being allowed an early check-in, which made a big difference after travelling and immediately created a positive first impression.

The hotel itself was smartly designed, with comfortable rooms, good facilities, and a very practical layout. The amenities selection was also excellent, offering plenty of thoughtful options that added to the comfort of the stay.

Location-wise, the hotel was ideal. Most attractions and destinations around Matsumoto were easily reachable on foot, making it very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and exploring the city.

Overall, this was a very well-managed hotel that delivered great comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Matsumoto.

Zentral in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel in Gehdistanz zu den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Matsumoto. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und Amenities stehen an der Rezeption bereit, sofern man Bedarf hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen.

Cons:

Da das Restaurant auch Gästen ausserhalb des Hotels offen steht, kann es sein, dass man als Hotelgast fürs Frühstück warten muss, bis wieder ein Platz frei wird.

Pros:

Comfortable hotel with spacious room, great facilities and in close proximity to Castle and tourist attractions. Staff were great and helped us with a laundry issue by lending heater as clothes dryer was nno working.

Cons:

We had a issue with washer dryer bit staff helped us dry out clothes which was very much appreciated
