Everything. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Japan. But it is a given with Richmond. They always offer more spacious rooms, cleaner and brighter then most of the hotels.
The view was incredible. The room was super spacious. The bath was great. Very quiet. The location is unbelievably good.
I am seriously impressed and grateful for such a perfect stay at Matsumoto.

Cons:

The only funny (not bad, but inconvenient) thing was that the cleaners didn't throw away the empty bottles when we placed them directly next to the bin. It kept repeating for a couple fo days. And it was obvious that there were to many empty bottles and still nothing. Only after we found a plastic bag (they didn't provide any additional ones) , placed the bottles there and put them on top of the bin, only then they were removed from the room.

Pros:

Location was perfect. It's within walking distance to many places like the train station, bus station, MC Donalds, castle, and even Aeon Mall.

The frog street also was easyntobget to from the hotel.

Restaurant and food is available nearby.. Breakfast at the hotel was ok. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Recommended to stay at Richmond.
