Pros:

深夜発の成田行きの飛行機待ちで利用。それまで泊まっていた同グループのリゾートホテルと比べると古い建物ですが、掃除もゆきとどいていて良かったです。最後の夕食を直近の有名店で済ませシャワーを浴びてから空港へ向かいました。

We stayed here one night because this hotel is located in the convenient area for sightseeing in Da Nang and near airport. The staff is very friendly so that everything was smooth. In addition, Japanese public bath was so special. I don’t forget to enjoy large bathroom and sauna. Thank you.

とても不快でした。
カビ臭い、汚い、エアコンも効かない
大浴場も汚い、建物が古いから仕方ないかもしれませんが、
グランビリオ　リゾートがとても良かったのでCITYにも安かったから
滞在しましたが最低でした。
2度と泊まりません。次の日にホテル
変えました。

古めで設備の老朽化が進んでおり、ところどころ汚く見えたり、掃除が行き届いていないところがあるが安いので許せる範囲。大浴場のシャワーの水圧が弱く、サウナも熱くない。大浴場目当てで行ったので少しがっかりだが、日本ではないので仕方がない。ホテルの目の前の韓国系スパは耳かきや爪切り、シャンプー、マッサージなど90分のコースがチップ込みで48万ドンでおすすめ。

Wonderful experience
Pros:

The hotel staffs are very accommodating and hospitable.

Room is very tidy and well organized.

Food served on daily breakfast was superb and delicious. We ate a lot and wishing to taste again in my next vacation plan this year given a chance and God willing.

翌日の夜中のフライトだったので、念の為に数時間滞在の為だけに一泊予約しました。雨の中、夫が体調を崩してしまったので、アーリーチェックインを受け入れて貰えて助かりました。
また、日本語を話せるスタッフさんが、親切に薬の買い方や薬局を教えてくれたり、スーパーについて行ってくれて、本当に助かりました。
彼女は５つ星です！本当にありがとう！貴女の親切は生涯忘れません。ベトナムの印象が、格段にアップしました。
大浴場も良かったです。ゆっくり休めて、夫も回復して、無事に帰国する事が出来ました。

スタッフは親切で満足度の高いサービスでした。施設は少し古いところがあります。大浴場があるため長期滞在ではリフレッシュできます。
部屋の水回りから換気扇のせいなのかたまに臭いが部屋に流れてくることがあったのが少し残念でした。
ホテルの問題ではないですが大浴場を利用する韓国人のマナーが大変悪く我慢の限界でフロントにクレームを入れたところ翌日からはとても綺麗な状態で大浴場を利用できるようになりました
