We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, well organized, and beautifully designed. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and efficient throughout our stay.
The room was very spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The location was also very convenient, close to great restaurants and with easy public transportation access to the city center.
We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade without even asking, which was such a thoughtful gesture. In addition, the team prepared a special birthday surprise in our room, and it truly made our stay feel personal and memorable.

The price for this period turned out to be extremely high. Only after arriving did we realize that similar hotels nearby were priced at less than half.
It would also have been helpful to have a small booklet in the room with local attractions, restaurant recommendations, and a basic map for orientation. Due to the security situation, Waze did not work properly, which made getting around more difficult.
