Amazing staff and beautiful facilities.

Cons:

The story tours were not advertised or explained accurately. The one I chose (gin tales) was not included but only told this when booking. This should be explained on check in.

Clothing items left in room
From previous guests. Soaps and toiletries had not been replenished and were half full. Housekeeping very disappointed. Other than that, it was an amazing room in a great location. Just disappointed at the “overall cleanliness” of our room particularly given the price (almost double) other hotels in the same area.
