Amazing
Pros:

The location was amazing. The facilities were fantastic. I recommend booking direct not through a third party platform.

Pros:

Great location however when I arrived they told me it was an extra $50 for a harbour view - I called a week prior to check in and they informed me due to the number of times I’d stayed at the hotel, I was being gifted a free upgrade!

Cons:

Staff were rude and dismissive when I told them about the phone call I’d received and still proceeded to charge me the $50 on checkout for having a harbour view room! WILD! No way it was worth $530 a night!

Pros:

We had a harbour view room on the second floor. Loved how spacious and quiet the rooms were. They definitely thought about the configuration when they were doing the renovations for this hotel. The staff very pleasant and extremely helpful loved the Restaurant and just the small touches throughout the whole hotel will definitely be coming back and staying here.

Cons:

We were disappointed that we were unable to get credit for the first night we overbooked and were unable to attend. We gave many weeks notice of this fact, but to no avail.
