Ehrliche Unterkunft, es wird nichts beschönigt und du bekommst das wofür du bezahlst. Frühstück zu vernünftigen Preisen und es wurde gratis Kaffee nachgeschenkt. Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer ohne Balkon gebucht, das war für meine Zwecke und Länge des Aufenthaltes komplett zufriedenstellend. Stefan ist ein aufrichtiger Gastgeber und steht gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Mir persönlich hat die unkomplizierte Art von Stefan sehr gut gefallen 👍

Get what you pay for. Great location, very clean, nice staff. Could invest in better pillows and just a bit better bed.

房间实在太小了，而且没有防盗反锁插销。

Perfekt beliggenhet i en rolig gate nær stranden. Rene håndklær + renhold hver dag + gratis flaskevann satt i kjøleskapet. Veldig hyggelig betjening. Også behjelpelig med booking av transport til & fra Bangkok i mye bedre biler enn taxi.

I spent 4 weeks in April-May 2023 at Stefans Guesthouse. When I arrived at the hotel after a long journey, it felt nice that the friendly owner himself welcomed me. Everything was ready for me. I had reserved a large balcony room. The room had all the equipment of a normal hotel room, including air conditioning and a safe. The room was very clean.

The location of the hotel is excellent. 100 meters to the sandy beach. All around in the same block is everything a lone tourist needs. Lots of different restaurants and services.

The entire staff is very friendly. I especially remembered the owner and Num and Kate.

great location for access to everywhere in Jom tien and a good price , could do with updating the tv’s in due course to HDMI FLatscreens although I’m sure there is still a Covid hangover

Meget bra og serviceinnstilt personale.
Rommet holdt rent og pent, og god sengestrekk. Nye håndklær samt etterfyll av drikkevann hver dag. God frokost.
I det hele tatt er Stefans et trivelig sted og bo.

Kamer was schoon, maar oud.
Airconditioning was rumoerig hetzelfde met de ventilator, er wordt weinig of geen onderhoud aan gepleegd aan deze dingen, wel begrijpelijk weinig gasten dus weinig inkomsten.

Nice hotel, room are clean, location close to the beach, staff is friendly

The breakfasts were excellent. The room was good for the price. There was one efficient staff member named Chai. The rest were hopeless. I booked twin beds but this was not supplied. The bathroom was filthy on checkin. The stairwells were a challenge.

Close to the beach and cheap. It was clean but nothing special.

I booked this hotel so I could be close to Thai Immigration Office and I chose a room with no balcony. I got a room with no window...ok for 2 nights BUT the problem was the wall between the hallway and stair well had two rows of glass blocks at the top. So at night it was like trying to sleep outside in the daylight because of the halls lights being on. So bring a sleep mask if you come here

The room was clean and the air conditioning was cold and quiet. Location is good - walking distance to the beach and also not far from bars and restaurants. I had booked for only one night in the cheapest room available, but if I was staying for longer then I would pay a bit extra for a room with a balcony because my room didn't have a view and faced a wall.
