Vi provade inte frukost på hotellet däremot gick vi 8 min till ett Boulangerie vilket var trevligt men ganska dyrt.
Allt var bra med hotellet förutom A/C systemet som vi aldrig fick att funka ... vaknade tidigt av att A/C blåste varmluft. Antagligen vi som inte förstod hur systemet funkade.

Everything about it amazing. Well thought design. Nice location. Friendly staff.
The physical (non card) key. Was very challenging. Also, I didn’t like the fact that you ask for the room key by stating the room number and they give you the key. Honestly, anyone could walk in and say the room number and they will provide the key. It’s a safety issue in my opinion.

Good location. Lots of space for our family of including two teens.
Kitchen was very poorly stocked. On the last day we learned you had to ask for pots and pans.
It was difficult to get hot water in the taps and shower. For this reason we couldn’t fill the open air tub. Someone came up to help but they weren’t able to solve it. We paid a lot for this place and felt it wasn’t worth it.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and quiet.
Bigger garbage cans

Good location, nice place: we had everything what we needed
Actually nothing bad to say
This was our favorite hotel during a 2-week trip to Japan! The decor, design, and even lighting was modern and thoughtful, with beautiful wallpaper and what appeared to be a gold washi inset in the ceiling above the bed. Though small, the room also fit a reading chair, coffee table, work desk and chair, and a kitchenette, with a two-burner induction stove, full kitchen sink, microwave, and mini-fridge + freezer -- in addition to an in-room washer/dryer (more on that below, though). The shower had great water pressure and two nozzles, and the sink/shower area was a nice size. The staff were very kind, helpful, and detail-oriented -- when we checked out, we left behind a juice in the fridge that they kindly brought to us! -- and it was actually very helpful to leave our key with them every time we left the room. I loved the size of this boutique hotel, too, as there weren't many rooms/guests and it felt more personal. The location was also exceptional -- close to several subway stations and bus stops, and right outside the busy heart of the Gion area.
The shower and toilet were in separate rooms with heavy doors whose default was shut, so we couldn't prop them open to air out without blocking a large portion of the room space. I suspect that is why both had a slightly mildew-y smell -- but it was nothing major. The in-room washer/dryer combo was nearly useless -- the dryer function didn't work at all, and the wash function took over 2 hours to complete a small cycle. Thankfully, the hotel also has free public washer/dryers on a separate floor, and those were effective. (Plus, laundry detergent was included -- hooray!)

Location is very good close to transport and walking distance to nice areas . Staff very friendly and helpful. Good to have washing machine and kitchenette. All day free coffee at reception . Room , beds comfortable. Wifi worked well .
Windows isolation from wind / cold is not so good .
