Pros:

First room was dirty.
Second room was a tiny box not appropriate for a couple.
Third room was a go. Construction noise next door was non stop.
Key was reset daily. Bring your amenities.
Staff was friendly but not very empathetic.

Pros:

Upon check in they informed me no English. Okay so I used Google translate. Next on arrival to room person inside spraying something that nearly choked me. Asked them to stop and left door open. Water in shower NOTdraining so I took the ONE towel(yes one towel and put on floor. Upon my return. NO room service. I showed floor manager who said.. ok. After one hour they come. After 1.5 hours “they” came and then did not understand what I needed... after much pointing they figured out I only wanted clean towel. The area has NO restaurants and they’re is only hotel cafe with not much.

Very nice hotel and amenities
Pros:

The hotel was great but the problem is all the rooms are not sound proof. When someone walking in the hallway and enter or exit any room it can be hearable and annoying to me.

There was no coffee in the minibar but after long discussion they sent me a cup of coffee from the coffee shop
