Wrong address
Pros:

The hotel is great, but the address Hotels.com shows is wrong. It refers to a construction pit blocks away. The description needs to be better than "near the hospital."

Cuidado venden tus habitaciones reservadas
Pros:

Había reservado 5 habitaciones para un grupo que íbamos a Riad a pasar una noche. Puesto que el vuelo llegó de noche y llegamos al hotel sobre las 22:00, nos dijo el recepcionista enfadado que teníamos que haber llamado, que era muy tarde para presentarse, y que no había habitaciones para los 5, ya que una de ellas la había vendido a otra persona. No nos quedó más remedio que aceptar que nos entregara una de las habitaciones de tipo apartamento y compartiéramos 2 personas en esa misma, lo cual no era el plan que habíamos reservado, pero no teníamos más opción a esas horas, ya que no podíamos ponernos a buscar otro hotel disponible en ese momento, con un vuelo que nos salía al día siguiente pronto.
Tras aceptar esto, todavía nos dijo el recepcionista que al ser una habitación superior nos tenía que cobrar 100 riyals más por ella. Discutimos con él por razones obvias, ya que la culpa de haber vendido una de nuestras habitaciones era del hotel, no nuestra, pero aún así aceptamos porque estábamos muy cansados y queríamos irnos ya a dormir.
Para colmo, casi a las doce de la noche, viene el recepcionista y nos aporrea la puerta a los que nos había puesto en habitación de 2, que nos sacó de la cama, y cuando le abro me dice que ha consultado con el manager y que tiene que cobrarnos 83 riyals más, que esa habitación valía ese precio adicional. Ya venía con el datáfono en mano.Tras cabrearme por esta injusticia le acabé pagando para que se fuera y evitar más problemas.No recomendado.
