الموظف بالاستقبال المصري الغى حجزنا من راسه بدون اي طلب منا بالالغاء ورفض اقامتنا الا لو دفعنا قيمة اعلى ورفضنا ولم نسكن اطلاقا بالفندق

Pros:

I won't return to this hotel again. No room service. I asked them to take out the trash and they didn't. Only good thing about this hotel is its location.

Pros:

Shocking service. Didn’t care less and were disinterested.

Bathroom was terrible. Old towel, some second hand slippers and no shower curtain.

Definitely one to miss.
